Absolutely excellent, I stayed 8 nights and the staff were so genuinely helpful and friendly - it was like leaving family - Linh during the day was so kind and friendly as was Son during the night shift - he even got up to see me off to an early flight to say goodbye The lovely rooms were cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. My room had a beautiful view of the mountains and a balcony. It was a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach which the local families use so it was lovely hearing the children play every day. I went to the Bien Dua Restaurant every day for their lovely palm woven 🏖️ loungers and Sin has a family restaurant serving barbequed fresh fish and vegetables, and the most delicious smoothies and pancakes. The corner were they are is a stones throw from the water and looks out to Cam island - were me and my family took the hotels trip to go scuba diving - it was so worth it - it's all as pretty much as close to paradise as you can get 🌺🌅🏖️ The tailor I went to was the cousin of the lovely Linh working on the beach - Luna on 343A Nguyen Duy Hieu St - I got a beautiful silk skirt, top and jumpsuit made for €64 - tell her Sharon from Ireland sent you 💚

Not one thing - the staff were so helpful, organising trips, taxis restaurants and making calls to the tailor I chose in Hoi An -

The hotel is in a fabulous location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and even less to a good choice of restraunts. The room was a great size, lovely and bright with a seaview balcony. The bathroom is a good size. The room was, spotless, cleaned very day with fresh towels. The breakfast was nice and made to order from a list of 4 choices.. We hired the bikes 1 day, only 50k per bike. The staff are very helpful, especially Adam who was always cheerful and friendly 😊 we would definitely stay here again!

A small thing that would be useful is hooks or a rail to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful too.

The caretakers are wonderful young people who will make you feel at home the moment you arrive. The young chap even rented his scooty to me so that I could go to Hoi An and Marble Mountain. However, due to an minor misunderstanding at Hoi An, the scooty was towed and I had to pay 2Million VNDs to a tout in order to get it safely back. I explained this all at the hotel and they were so considerate and shocked that such a thing happened with us that they actually did not charge me anything for the scooty rent. Nice little place with a pool. Young chap is learning to play the guitar and is pretty much in love. The pool is all yours. Do not miss this place if in Da Nang (Hoi An). DREAMY!

1) New looking rooms, clean and spacious. 2) Staffs were friendly and awesome, spoke good English and provided recommendations on where to go and what to do. 3) Access to free beach chairs and towels under RAON group. Good food at the beach restaurant. 4) Beach was 5 mins walk from hotel. 5) Quiet location but quite far from old town and night market.

1) Bathroom were too small with faulty doors 2) would've been nice to get small hand/face towels. Only bath towels were provided. 3) Not many restaurants for food nearby. Need to drive out or Grab food service.

Robin in reception was amazing. Very helpful and speaks very good English. I hope the hotel owners realise how valuable she is. Comfortable beds, hot water and great aircon in the 36° heat. Quiet location in Cua Dai, Hoi An. Short walk to beach. Pool was very warm but it is the middle of summer. Must try Bao Han restaurant one block away for the best food and cocktails in Vietnam.

Satellite TV has now only got one English language channel, there were several on our last stay.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, both Mr Son and Adam made our stay very comfortable. They also spoke very good English and the communication prior, during and after was excellent. The rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water and great shower/water pressure Good WiFi and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We spent x 8 nights at the hotel and can recommend the family owned Chien restaurant some 50 metres out of the hotel to the left, the food was all fresh and cooked to order.....so good !!.....bikes were also available from the hotel... great for getting around and both into An Bang and Hoi An centre.

Breakfast wasn't included but was available as an extra but there were plenty of places to eat.. locally.

Good sizw rooms, and we got a Seaview. The rooms had al thingsl needed to enjoy our stay. Water pressure and the hotwater service worked very well. The pool was a relaxing area, and it was a nice spot to relax and chill. The staff were great, especially Linh, always had a smile, and was very happy to help with tours and other requests. All the staff were great. Good working elevator. Close walk to some great cafes and restaurants plus other services.

TV system wasn't worked, but that's because the hotel antenna system had suffered damage from some bad weather a few days before. Other than that, a great stay.

Very peaceful environment. Stay here if you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation away from the noise of the city. You can just walk to the beach from here, it's very close by. The rooms are very cosy and clean, although a bit small. The staff are extremely courteous, warm and helpful, going out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. I booked a tour to Hue Imperial City too from the reception desk which was totally worth it. All in all, it's quite great place to relax and I could stay there again just to enjoy the hospitality.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a little tight. The bathroom didn't have a shower area stopper so the entire bathroom kept flooding. Otherwise, all good.

facilities - had laundry option, breakfast, pool, refillable water station through a water filter location - very close to the beach staff - very active staff and good support 24/7. good communication. staff contacted us before our stay to confirm check in, provide recommendations, and book us an airport taxi from the airport

on booking.com, the hotel advertises “free use of bicycles” , however we were asked to pay 50k for use of a bicycle in the day (this hasn’t been updated properly on the site) bathroom was a little smelly, and it seemed that cleaning behind the sink was missed a few times so this contributed to the smell. the drains in the toilet also smelled. the sink would also turn on too powerfully and make everything wet. the elevator also needs some cleaning.
