The pool was beautiful. Food was delicious and a great price.

I wish the shuttle ran more frequently or at different times. It didn’t correspond with a nu of the tours or shows in town so I often had to get a taxi to make it on time. (although the tacos were very easy to get, inexpensive, and safe.)

Breakfast fantastic. Location very good, pristine quiet beach 10 steps from beachfront accommodation. Good pool and spa. An added bonus 6 beachfront restaurants within easy walking distance from the resort, Man restaurant particular good, extremely fresh seafood from live tanks. Mini markets close by for cheap bottled beer and Australian wine, milk, coffee, biscuits etc.

Couldn’t complain about anything.

This hotel is fantastic and one of the best i've ever stayed in. The staff are fantastic, the facilities they hvae with an amazing pool, two beaches either side and and fantastic large rooms, this really was an amazing stay. The hotel also provides a shuttle into Hoi An which only takes 10 mins but its super easy to get taxi's also. Really wonderful hotel and great value for money.

Very Very small thing is that the private beaches aren't that private and you do get a lot of people not from the hotel on the beach in the evening. other than that, a fantastic stay.

1) breakfast is not amazing, just ok - too much focus on (same as everywhere) Asian style buffet 2) food prices - for a local beer the hotel charges over VND 100,000 that's 500% of market price, egg fried rice is VND 250,000 that's also 500% of outside price - I understand higher hotel rates, if reasonable and justified by added value 3) only "homeopathic" room cleaning, especially in the bathroom 4) loud Air Condition in the room 5) limited kids' menu in the evening hours

Rooms are extremely clean and the staff well trained especially Mr Thun at the reception. Thanks Mr Thun for your briefing and local tips. Pillows and bed are very comfortable and we love the delicious chocolate bars in the room every evening. We had a great time chilling by the pool bar and we think that the white rose is the best in Hoi An. Nothing compares to it. The beach was very private even though there are locals there enjoying themselves or fishing for snails/clams. All in all , a very enjoyable trip. We are glad we chose Victoria Hoi An and will choose it again next time.

Small issue - the breakfast was good but the menu should have more choices every day, otherwise we end up eating the same things every time. Bacon was not crispy..sorry..

Victoria is the original resort on the Cua Dai coast and ''simply the best!'' From arriving at the entrance up the sweeping stairs, adorned with flowers to the expansive airy reception area where you feel instantly welcomed and special. The huge beautiful pool, fringed with mature palm trees with the sea waves rolling and full horizon in view is spectacular. Victoria has its own private beach, for that extra sea breeze; Winding your way across the red brick pathways in the lush tropical gardens, with little wooded bridges over the waterways and lily pad ponds, your arrive in one of many unique and special bedrooms- Vietnamese, Japanese or colonial style, reflects the 'Zen' feel to the whole resort. Breakfasts are brilliant with full range of continental and Asian local choices; plus full range of tropical fruits and home made cakes and pastries. Staff team are very friendly, and attentive but not overbearing, and tune in quickly to individual likes and quirks. Warning! its very hard to leave!!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our visit memorable! The pool is lovely and the breakfast is delicious. We appreciated the free bikes and the shuttle service to Old Town.

With tourism so quiet some areas had little use like the Elephant Bar. It felt a bit tired, dark with no music to lift the vibe. We opted to eat at the Grasshopper Restaurant nearby for most lunch and dinners as we found the menu at the resort a little pricey for the quality.

Breakfast each day was a fantastic assortment of foods for every taste, western and asian and everything in between, egg chefs to cook whatever type of egg dish and soups, fruits and pastries were plentiful and delicious. The pool was great and so were the pool attendants who looked after all your needs, towels and lounges and watched out so they could move your umbrella to maintain a shady spot in the hot sun. Cuong was very helpful as were the other pool staff, could not have been much better. The call system for food and beverage worked very well and was an added luxury. Our room overlooked the Cham Island group in the South China Sea and the fishing fleet was anchored nearby and travelled past daily on their way to the fishing grounds at sea. Wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. The house staff were exceptional and should also be congratulated, so nice to see a happy smiling face who are very helpful and arranged bicycles, taxis , tours and information in an instant. I am trying to remember their names so apologies to the ones I left out, Diem and Truc were always interested in helping and with a happy smiling face at all times, thank you ladies.

There wasnt anything that we didnt enjoy or like about Victoria Hoi An Beach hotel.

The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly and helpful. From the lady who made our omelettes, to the breakfast staff, the man at the pool, the lobby staff… everyone went out of their way to be attentive and kind. We stayed with our 3 month old baby and we were given lots of help and support with her, as well as many lovely perks that made us feel very special. We will be back and recommending this hotel, for sure.

More shuttle bus times would be helpful!

Lovely location, nice spacious rooms with great bed and bath, large garden, nice swimming pool and nice clean beach at 100m walk. Tennis court. Good food and lovely staff ( special thanks to Hien !). We were very well taken care of and spend a beautiful last 3 holidays here to relax.

Little outdated sometimes, but has it charms too. Very few restaurants in neighborhood, but taxi to Hoi An not expensive if wished for. No Tai Chi, Yoga or other exercise classes.
