I recently had the privilege of experiencing an extraordinary getaway at the newly opened Wyndham HoiAn Royal Beachfront Resort and I am thrilled to share my thoughts about this amazing place. From the moment we arrived it was clear that the place was a sanctuary of luxury and serenity. First and foremost, the resort itself is a masterpiece of modern design and impeccable taste. The fact that it is brand new is immediately evident in every corner you explore. The architecture blends contemporary aesthetics with natural beauty, creating an atmosphere that is both invigorating and soothing. But the beauty of this paradise isn't confined to the outdoors – the facilities are equally as stunning. "State of the art" is an understatement when describing the amenities available to guests. The staff's commitment to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. They consistently went above and beyond, anticipating and attending to every need we had with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing insightful local recommendations, or accommodating special requests, the staff's dedication was truly amazing. It's rare to encounter such a level of personalized service that made me feel truly special. The restaurant by the ocean is a breathtaking setting in itself. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive. From the sumptuous pastries to the perfectly cooked eggs, every dish was crafted with care and attention to detail. If you come to Wyndham, prepare to be pampered, indulge in culinary excellence, and soak in the awe-inspiring beauty of the ocean while being attended to by a team that knows no bounds when it comes to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. Tu at the front office, Hoa and Vien - made our stay at this hotel absolutely amazing, without the staff this hotel would not be what it is today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, this place was truly magical. Highly recommend It is clean amazing and the staff are wonderful

Everything. Is beyond perfect here

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel made a special welcome for our wedding anniversary trip. The buffet breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. On reception, Huan was so sweet and tried to rectify a mistake made by another guest who gave our room number in error. There was another young lady whose name I couldn't quite recall, it was something like Quynn? Who was very helpful and informative, especially with trips. In addition, the town shuttle bus was often needed, on time, and utilised.

Food and drinks were very pricey, especially when compared to the bars and restaurants outside of the hotel. Something the hotel must already know about as your restaurants are always empty. The weather, I know this is outside of the hotels control but it meant we were not able to use the pool and beach areas, such a shame.

Amazing 2 room villa, very big and nice layout and decoration, brand new. Really nice pool. Good bed, amazing bathroom. Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Hoan ensured that we had everything we needed creating a whatsappgroup with my family so anytime we had a question we could refer to her. She even recommended me an amazing place to get some custom made shoes and leater bag that was also 5 stars. She helped us with the restaurant booking. She was amazing and really nice !

It would be great to have an additional shuttle in the morning to go to hoi an and also maybe more different activities at the kids club from a day to another and more toys.

The breakfast is included with the villa and was great - it had a great fresh selection of fruit and the service staff were so nice and accommodating. Because we stayed in the villas, we had access to the beach restaurant for breakfast, which is only for villa guests, so we never had to wait when we went for breakfast and there were less people compared to the hotel. We absolutely loved our villa - it was a 2 bedroom villa and having the living/dining room/kitchen separate from the other bedrooms suited our family perfectly - we travelled with my 3 year old and my 18 month old baby. The hotel was so thoughtful and thorough providing us with a baby bath and a high chair and a baby cot. The beds were incredible and the master suite felt so luxurious. We cannot thank our host, Hoan enough, she was instrumental in making things smooth for us. Upon arrival and check-in, she created a whatsapp chat for me and my family and it was so easy ordering room service or housekeeping. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. The coolest thing about the property is that it's not too sprawling but it's big enough but small and safe enough for my children to be wandering around - they have double bikes that you can use to get around the property and it's so kid-friendly, it was fabulous! There's 2 pools, shallow enough for toddlers to wade in, there's a cute little water slide area, there's a kids' room in case it rains or is cold out, and there's a little play park on the property. Our kids loved it and we loved it. We have already booked our stay for next Easter holiday!

It would be great if there were a few more selections of things like oatmeal for my baby and plain crackers with the charcuterie board, but other than that, it was all fabulous!

We booked a 2 bedroom villa which was amazing. Loads of space and very well appointed. Our villa concierge Hoan was amazing throughout our stay and sorted out the shuttle buses and made dinner reservations for us. This was a huge help and much appreciated. She was very responsive throughout our stay.

Breakfast was adequate but not extensive. Waffle and pancake station always cold. We ate breakfast in the Beachfront restaurant and service was very hit and miss. Only offered tea or coffee on 3 or 4 days out of 10 and frequently needed to ask. They seemed to struggle to find decaf coffee. Service for lunch at the same restaurant also painfully slow.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at the Wyndham hotel! The villa itself and the location of the hotel are incredible, but the true highlight of the hotel are the staff, they’re all amazingly attentive, kind and lovely, and all made this such a great holiday. Our villa host, Hoan, has been fantastic, helping us with restaurant bookings and recommendations, arranging tours and even sorting a late check out for us so we had extra time at the hotel before our flight. She’s made the whole experience 10x better than we could’ve imagined, and we’re very grateful for all her help!

Everything is perfect!

Location - you could walk from resort to the main A Bang beach and to all the restaurants. Taxi would be faster and would cost approx 1,5€. Old town isn’t far as well. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and facilities great. Staff was helpful and kind but we did not feel the overflowing hospitality which some have been writing about here. Maybe because we didn’t stay at a villa.

Compared to some other resorts (5*) we stayed at during our 3 week stay the prices there are pretty high. Prices as in for food and drinks.

The hospitality from all the staff really made this a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. From the start, our concierge, Hoan, made sure our stay was exceptional- from booking us tours, making sure we understood all the amenities in the properties, providing food recommendations and booking us dinner reservations to make sure we had a great view of the Hoi A night market. It was so helpful to have her available for us and able to WhatsApp her whenever we had questions. Very clean facilities everywhere, AC in room worked great and peaceful property. Great location where we could come back to every night but not too far from Da Nang or Hoi An Old Town. Had the breakfast available for Villa guests which also exceeded expectations. Fresh fruit from this region and it even had a pho and egg station. The banh xeo was so good and crispy.

Great resort. Breakfast options couldn’t be better. In house dining also good. Happy hour down by the beach pool is fun and kids can have a play in the pool or on the grass. Recommend the seafood BBQ. Staff helpful and friendly Easy to get into town via the shuttle or a Grab

The pools in the villas ripped up our toes and other guests were also having the same issue. Then made it hard for kids to walk around Old Town Kids also wanted deeper pools in main area, it’s only 1.25m. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and the rooms have direct access to outside which isn’t ideal if you have little ones, you can’t hear if they need you and they need to come to you they have to go outside and use a card to get to you
