The staffs were nice, enthusiastic, helpful, professional. The operation process was smooth. The property was clean, new, well-designed, well-organized. The location was perfect.

My room didn't have windows, but it's ok.

Location of the hotel was perfectly fit for us, because it take literally couple minutes to beach. We got room on 16th floor with great view on the sea from a small balcony. I will definitely miss on this view. Staff members very pleasant and helpful. They help us to book island trip, they gave us good recommendations about restaurants, laundry and other small asks. Even if they had some misunderstanding on English it’s not a big deal to use online translation to understand each other. And at the last day, after we checked out and taxi comes, staff member really worried about the cost of taxi and consulted us about regular prices, so we bought cheap cab to the airport. That was so sweet! Strong recommendation

Toilet seat wasn’t fit to the bowl

The view from the hotel room was amazing! Full sea view and the wind at the balcony was super strong. Bed was very comfy.

They provided 2 bottles of water for free. However the next day, we wanted more water and it's chargeable. First hotel we've been charged for water.

Easily one of the best hotels for the value in Nha Trang, I suggest you try to get one of the front facing rooms with balcony. Breakfast room was very good, Western and Asian choices, as was the service both at the desk and in breakfast room. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds with great showers, both rainfall and handheld. Maybe only disappointment for myself was pool, but it's a good pool, very large with a small one to the side, I just prefer the open air one especially with that view. Proximity to everything at the core of Nha Trang, steps from the beach and restaurants and bars. I'll definitely return.

I didn't dislike the rooftop pool, just wish it were outdoors.

Great location, lovely clean rooms. Fantastic swimming pool and we were accomodated with a late check out request.

We were charged 40,000 VND about €1.53 for a missing teapooon at check out , which we explained was more that likely in the other connecting room that we checked out of earlier in the day. Although this is a small charge by European standards, we didn't take the teapoon obviously.

Everything was very clean. The property is relatively new and spotless. Good view from the room. Very affordable for the price.

Service was a bit slow. It seemed like there is not enough staff to get things to your room. You either had to wait or get it yourself from the reception. Spa and swimming pool were not functional when we visited. Overall, it is a very good property for the price.

Location was perfect

The bathroom could hv been better. Lack of a shower and a very high bathtub that is hard to climb into. Not suitable for older people are anyone with difficulty climbing into the tub. And room service is not available, so have to plan meal times and go out. Plenty of options down the street.

The property is clean, the staff are very attentive & courteous, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food.

The shades/blinds to cover the glass bathroom walls are dirty with mildew/mold. I didn’t like taking a shower next to it. We booked 2 rooms & the problem was in both bathrooms.

2/3rds of the receptionists could not manage simple non-Vietnamese words or even translations since they didn’t seem to know how to even solve simple problems. they seemed to be trainees with no backup support. we gave up on expecting any concierge service; no way to communicate simple things even using translation software. only one receptionist was able to communicate well.
