Room 1204 was spacious and had an almost unobscured view of Nha Trang Bay. Beds were large and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were also provided daily. We would go for breakfast and by the time we got back the room would be ready. Soap, shampoo, sachets of coffee/tea & water was provided daily. Wi-fi was available in every part of the hotel. The manager Nyut has a good command of English and was able to provide us with queries. Overall the staff is 100% helpful despite not being able to communicate properly due to language barrier. There is a small swimming pool and gym on the 17 floor, both of which we did not use. Breakfast was provided for our stay at the hotel. Although breakfast was provided the food is basic and nothing to brag about. The hotel was good value for money.

Due to the way in which tall hotels are constructed the view of Vinpearl, a theme park on an island across from the mainland, was obscured. Property is old and in need of renovation. The room fittings are old. Bath tub is wobbly and felt a heavier person may put their feet through. Edges of the bathtub was not sealed so the floor was wet through after every shower. However everything would be cleaned up in the morning. Swimming pool and gym also require renovation. Equipment in the gym, especially the treadmill, appears old and needs to be replaced.

People ať the reception desk are doing great job. Especially the one in the enclosed photo. All helped with everything I asked for.

I was given a free upgrade for my room when I arrived. It was fantastic! The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is amazing, worth the extra money. It's a quick walk across the busy street to the most amazing beach I've seen in Vietnam. It was a beautiful walk along it for hours. Be careful though as the wind tricks you into thinking it isn't as hot as it actually is and you'll get dried out and burnt if not careful. The water is warm and wonderful to have a dip into the sea. I really enjoyed how close it was to the water , and yet on a side street so it is not so loud with traffic. The view is amazing, the pool was refreshing and the staff were great!

Lack of good Vietnamese food and coffee around it. I had to walk lots to find a decent restaurant.. I recommend Banh Mi #1 if you are looking for the best Banh Mi!

the rooms need more soundproofing, we could hear children crying and screaming and people in the corridor talking even after midnight and the bathroom is old, needs modernization.

Location is good, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and it’s in a alley so it’s decently quiet.

The breakfast has very limited choices, everything was cold even the coffee!! Wifi is terrible very spotty. Tub was leaking everywhere due to the poor design.. Pool wasn’t heating and looked like nobody was maintaining it, did the laundry service and my clothes didn’t come back very clean.

The room is not comfortable. Dark even daytime , The internet is not working for 2days! So I requested to checkout after 2days ,and they won’t allowed me to check out unless I need to pay the 8days which what I supposed to booked! They are forcing me to pay the days I didn’t used, I payed 2 days the day before I check out ,The breakfast is not worth it it’s all cold!!

The rooms lights are all dimmed! Cannot work online inside the room!
