The staff was very friendly and helpful, always answering my questions. The building has a beautiful facade and charming details. Breakfast was delicious, though a couple of days they ran out of condensed milk for coffee by 9 am, which felt early as breakfast ends at 9:30 am. Since I was working, good internet was essential, and the staff kindly arranged a small table for me to work in my room. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The cleaning service came almost everyda to change towels and bed clothes, that was also super good.

The downsides during my stay were the gym, which was very small with outdated equipment, and it often felt crowded with just 2–3 people, making it hard to train. Additionally, the common areas could have been cleaner; for example, the carpet on my floor had a large brown stain. I believe this is more like a three star hotel than a four, but I would totally come back.

Good value for money, hotel is close to the beach and has great restaurants/shops nearby. Breakfast is included which is great and was surprisingly quiet considering the location. We stayed for a week and would recommend for anyone visiting Nha Trang on a budget.

We arrived early on a night bus which I understand if hotel is full we had to wait but it was not, and they made us paid for an early check in which was half of the room price however only managed go get into the room at 9am after waiting for a while. I do also work in hotels, you can charge for a late check out as you might not be able to sell the room but to charge for a room that is empty and only when housekeeping made the extra bed for us at 9am allowed us to check in at a cost is not really appropriate. In any case we paid however I would recommend management to review this policy. Hotel is a bit outdated and needs a bit of maintenance work.

The price just fantastic for the service you have. The room is not new, but everything is very clean and working. Comfortable mattress, kettle, tea, coffee, bath tab with hot water, tv, ac, balcony, mountain view, drinking water renewed every day, small fridge. Staff is super fast and friendly. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Cleaning every day. On top small sweampool and tiny gym (most for heavy guys who can lift dumbbells starting +7 kg). Beach just after crossing road. Around many small cafe, fruits, ice-cream and markets. I really recommend it for budget travellers. Would come back again. Thanks to staff!

The tv switching on when enter room, need to off every time. Not big deal.

Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nice modern room with storage. Have TV with some English channels, bath, fridge and kettle. Nice sized swimming pool and gym with enough equipment for work out.

Shower was not connected up so could only use the bath. They provided drinking water in the room which we presumed was free as it was provided each day and all the hotels we have stayed in Aisa have been complentary but we was charge on check out. Note there is a shop at the end of the street that charge half the price for water. House keeping was to early for us. Would knock from 9am despite having do not disturb on room.

Hotel is such good value for money! It is super clean. Bedrooms are made up everyday, with fresh towels provided. Tv works will good channels. Hotel is in a great location, down a little side street so you don’t get any noise, but you are right next to the main strip on the beach front full of shops and restaurants. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast but the restaurant looked great. The pool was clean with an amazing view of city and sea!

The AC in the fitness centre did not work so it made it really difficult to work out (was very humid). The WiFi was quite slow.

It was really close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Rooftop pool was lovely. Rooms really spacious and clean and daily housekeeping was great. Amazing shower! Breakfast was plentiful - lots of Asian options but not much for Western people - we enjoyed it but good to know for others who may not want

The carpets in the hallway stank so bad and it creeped into our room. Luckily staff put a smell absorbing candle which helped. Our towels had a smell of smoke a few times which was unpleasant

Good location, just set back from beachfront - 15 minute walk to central nha Trang but only 5 minutes from beach. Nice clean and modern room with good aircon. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great views from small pool area on roof.

Generally pleasant stay - few small recommendations which would’ve greatly added to our experience: Breakfast was poor - nasty coffee, would’ve appreciated some basic breakfast cereals, fresh milk or pastries. Only breakfast option that presumably was catered towards westerners was spaghetti bolognese - an interesting choice for 7am. Gym’s aircon wasn’t working and no fans - was a 40 degree hotbox. Bath/Shower doesn’t have a shower curtain so bathroom is flooded every time you have a shower - dries quickly given heat and there is a drain on bathroom floor but cheap fix would improve stay

Staff on the front desk were very helpful and even organised a boat trip for us when it just enquired about how to find somewhere to book. Pool area is good with excellent view of mountains and room is comfortable.

Few little things in the room couldve been better. Light on bed was broken, plug was broken, bath needed a glass part of it so we could use shower without soaking and flooding the room, couldnt use tap in bath as the switch was broken so had to use the shower. Tv also wasnt working.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel and about a 15 minute walk away from the main town. Air condition blows nice and cold. For the price we paid, very good value for money.

Opted for the hotel because it has a swimming pool on the roof top but unfortunately during our stay, it was in repair. Wish we would've been notified first before or whilst we booked the hotel. On the plus side, the beach is literally across the road and the weather was beautiful during our stay.

Stayed here over a few days in a 4 different rooms. Spacious, comfy, clean rooms. We were only somewhat disappointed one time with one of the rooms but this is after we had stayed in 3 others. Overall, really liked this hotel. Friendly staff, ok breakfast, great location! There is a small juice and coffee stand as you walk out on to the main road which we went to everyday!
