Very comfortable nice rooms. Exceptional value for money.

They don't actual include breakfast, false advertising. Bit of a let down as this was one of the main reasons we chose to stay. Rooftop bar is also just a pool, no bar.

I booked this hotel the hour before I arrived, it’s everything you need, air con, fresh bed, cleaning done, fridge, near the beach, predominantly Russian so everyone spoke to me in Russian and the signs are in Russian too but a lot of Nha Trang is like that

The staff weren’t at all friendly really only when I was leaving 😂 you also can’t get the taxi to the property it’s down an alley that only bikes can fit so if you get a grab you must walk with your luggage about 300 m

Lovely staff & manager, and the cleaners! Superb rooms with discounted or value for money rates. I initially booked for 3 nights, and ended up staying 3 weeks! The rooms have all you need, and although not brand new they function as they should & are cleaned thoroughly. The choice of rooms vary - I ended up with the brilliant Mountain View, which I preferred to Sea View as the window is larger and has a small balcony which means the doors can be opened. I was given a table and chair so that I could work on my laptop at times. Great location. Near to everything central, but not centrally located itself. This means you are away from the more busy areas which are only a walk away. I can’t praise the staff enough for accommodating my requests and giving me good deals on a longer stay.

It’s not ‘obviously’ dated but has had a name change but this doesn’t alter how the hotel is maintained which is very well. There is no restaurant currently but that’s fine for me as I like to eat locally - but they can order anything you’d like if you prefer someone else to do that for you, as well as recommend good places!

It was great for the price! The room was a good size, the air con was pretty good, and it was clean. They allowed me an early check in for 30% of the price for a night which is understandable.

The shower water wasn’t warm. There was sometimes a gross smell in the bathroom but it wasn’t that big of a deal so I didn’t say anything, I think if I would have said something I could have gotten a new room, they were very accommodating.

Near to the sea - only across a road. The room was spacious, the facilities worked well, shower was strong and hot. Very unoccupied when we stayed there, however still maintained their swimming pool well.

The corridor outside of our room was motion-controlled, we needed to experience a moment of darkness when we stepped out from the lift. Maybe it's not travelling season? Felt a little eerie when the whole building was unoccupied and quiet.

Hotel was well located and very good value for money.

Beware the hotel does not take card payments. Which is inconvenient. We were staying fir a long period, which meant making multiple trips over numerous days to the ATM which has a 2m dong transaction limit.

Great location right near the beach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room was also nice and quiet.

Room Lighting could be better

The staff are very welcoming, accommodating and kind! The room was very clean with a very comfy bed! Perfect location, close to everything and the beach is at your doorstep.

Shower doesn't have indicator for hot and cold. Honestly to say, TV is only for decoration, wish it had Netflix. The lighting is pretty meh, it is not flexible between white and yellow light and there is only one button to light the whole room
