Cute huts, beautiful location, nice pool, mango smoothies, staff that made an effort to help with any of our issues and requests, as well as organising great tours around the area.

Very family friendly - meaning screaming kids in the pool. For some people that might be a plus but maybe not for romantic couple escapes.

Honestly, this was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam! No words can describe the amazing time that we had there. Location is idyllic providing you with the ultimate relaxation experience! Phuong and the rest of the team are wonderful people who were there to help with all of our needs, suggest trips and excursions for us and provide us with excellent traditional food! We also loved the local rice wine that you can try at the hotel. Been already recommending the place to friends and family and really hope to have the chance to come back sometime in the future!

My experience at An’s Eco Garden Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the resort’s stunning setting, nestled amidst these breathtaking mountains. The beauty of the surroundings is matched only by the excellence of the service provided. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The extensive menu offered a culinary journey of flavors, and each meal was a delight. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the picturesque pool overlooking the serene lake. Additionally, the inclusion of anti-insect tools in the rooms was a thoughtful touch. The gentleman who welcomed us went above and beyond, assisting us not only in retrieving lost documents but also facilitating the rental of a motorbike for city exploration and arranging a private car for our airport transfer. An’s Eco Garden Resort comes highly recommended, and my gratitude extends to the entire staff for making this experience exceptional.

While my stay at An’s Eco Garden Resort was overwhelmingly positive, there was one minor drawback worth mentioning. If you happen to arrive by overnight bus, it’s important to note that the resort does not have a 24-hour reception. Consequently, during the nighttime hours, the hotel is closed, and there is no means of contacting anyone or gaining entry.

The staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond their responsibilities - not only helped to plan our further trip, but also gave us a room for few hours for free to rest and shower on the last day of stay after checkout while we were waiting for our late bus. The location and view was amazing - a real eco area surrounded by mountains and greenery with trees of mangoes, pomelo, jackfruit and other tropical fruits growing right in the yard. Free bikes provided by the hotel were so convenient to explore the area and take a 15 mins ride to famous Mua Cave. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there!

We arrived very early in the morning after coming on a sleeper bus and they let us check in early which was highly appreciated. The staff were really lovely and helpful and we loved our room as a converted bus it’s one of the coolest places we’ve stayed! The pool was also really nice. Highly recommend going for a walk in the surrounding village at sunset it was a magical experience. Also the location among the limestone mountains is absolutely fantastic, we regularly saw mountain goats!!

The bed in our room was extremely hard and we ordered dinner at the restaurant one night, very expensive and not nice. However going into town is easy enough.

Pretty much everything was perfect, but the highlights were the beautiful setting and the wonderfully accommodating and helpful manager. He made us feel truly at home and consistently went the extra mile to help us book trips. As others have mentioned we had some time to kill before a train so he let us use the pool and have a shower after we had checked out. We ended up booking everything through him at a good price too because he was always genuinely helpful and never pushed us to do anything. Honestly could have spent weeks at this beautiful and tranquil place.

There are mosquitos because you are in a beautiful jungle area. Absolutely not a criticism of the resort though. Wore bug spray and had no issues with them.

I thought the staff were very helpful and nice. They were there when we needed and organized trips, tours ect when asked. More importantly they did not hassle us to buy extras or try to overcharge, which was very nice. The location is very pretty and nice to relax in the evening with a book. No mosquitoes while we where there other comments suggest there was loads.

The staff while very nice did not speak very good English but they did speak good enough to understand. The food was ok and kept is from being hungry, but was not great for our liking but that might have been us and we were able to eat it and be filled. The location is a bit far from other places to eat, and the free bikes are not well maintained. They did have mopeds to rent as well but we didn't want to drive. So if you are not driving may be a draw back.

they had great facility with beautiful views in really quieted location and fresh natural air. I love the bungalow and garden decoration. Small lake inside the facility brought you the peaceful place for relax.

If the bathroom could be improve to keep the floor dry after taking shower will be great. Also breakfast with less option. I do prefer to pay little more if they could improve those things.
