The bathroom of my room needs some work (maintenance, see photos).

Right in the doorstep of the mua cave and surounded by lotus flowers and nature it is a nice place if you dont want the buzz of the cities around. Staff was amazing and upgraded our room considering the bagages we had and a baby.

There are not so many restaurant options in the area and you might need to get a taxi to eat in the evening. The movement of tourists in the premises starts early to climb the 500 steps. During our stay, the main swimming pool was empty for cleaning (we choose the hotel also because of it for our daughter) but staff was flexible and quick to offer us the use of a smaller one dedicated to some rooms.

The location was AMAZING. The views from our room was postcard perfect. The restaurant was great. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days in a row there! Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tuan from the tour desk was great company, a great tour guide and very honest and helpful! We enjoyed our time with him.

All the decor was timber and looked lovely. But we found that all the surfaces were hard and uncomfortable. We understand that Asian tourists prefer this. But as Aussie tourists, a few cushions or a softer lounge in the room would have been perfect.

Mua cave is a beautiful attraction and I absolutely loved staying right in its grounds. You can climb mua cave at sunrise and have the mountain to yourself ( Well apart from the resident goats. ) perfect for taking pictures and admiring its beauty . The swimming pool is stunning especially at night time when they switch on the lights. We upgraded to a treehouse room - purely for the novelty factor of staying in a treehouse. If I’m 100% honest the inside of the room wasn’t the best. It had a small window with shutters which we didn’t actually open for fear of mossies so did feel very claustrophobic. They do have much better rooms onsite and apparently one with its own pool. The hotel is positioned perfectly for cycling to nearby attractions it is bang in the middle of Trang An and bich dong , with tam coc even closer still. Bike hire was only about £1.50 per day and a taxi to tam coc in the evening for a great selection of restaurants was only 100 k VND about £3. Although there is a very nice restaurant Mona Lisa just outside the complex.

Being in the heart of nature you do need to expect some creepy crawlers.

Location, swimming pool and views were stunning. The private bath outside our room was a delightful addition. Our room was far away from the noisy visitors so we enjoyed a relaxed time. The opportunity of visiting the top of the cave when the daily visitors are gone is worth it....if it doesn't rain as the steep stairs can be challenging and slippery.

Not property's fault, but it can get very busy if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. If you choose the wrong room it may be a bit annoying with all the visitors passing by. The first day the pool was closed due to maintenance issues so we couldn't enjoy it.

Located below Mua Cave, so free entrance tickets to climb to the peak, which you can go anytime. There are also various facilities and things to see within Mua Cave if you want to spend a whole day exploring inside. The room is clean and huge, and breakfast is provided. As we stay in the lodge, we can wake up early to explore the place when fewer tourists are around and it's really beautiful. The staff are always making sure to keep the area clean and neat.

There's a slight smell in the bathroom, which I'm not sure what cause it, but we managed to cover it with perfume spray. Location is quite deep where you have to book transport to go anywhere if you don't bike. Heard one of the neighbours complaining about mosquitoes in the room, which I didn't experience luckily ( I won't be surprised since greenery is everywhere).

Location on site for Ninh Binh mua caves and climb to dragon monument. Rooms are not opulent if you expect this book to stay in the town. But we appreciated being on site, the ability to enjoy the stunning sights and walks after our before the crowds are all there.. The friendly goats may join you on the mountain track. The pool is stunning nestled into to base of the mountain. Our room had additional outdoor shower and bath and was much enjoyed. Staff very certain to attend to our needs.

Our indoor shower door needs repair. Pool wasn't attended by staff and needed to take room towels to use, but staff were happy to provide us with extras at reception.

ideal location literally at the base of the mountain for the famous view point. this does mean in the daytime it is a little busy, but for us this didn’t matter as we were out all day. you get free entry (normally 200,000) for the caves and viewpoint and breakfast was included and very good. the room is beautiful and air conditioned!

cockroaches in the bathroom, think there was a hole under the sink. bathroom a bit slippery when wet but there are spiders to wear. staff were helpful but didn’t offer further advice or recommendations. TIP: we managed to barter a taxi down to 80K to Tam Coc, Grab App doesnt have many drivers in the area.

A beautiful experience. They Mua Caves Ecolodge is a must visit, covers a large area and scenic locations in every angle. Its value for money, considering the large area to walk around and photograph.

Bugs! Since covered with trees and plants and also we selected a Tree House stay, we found a few caterpillars in the rooms during our stay. But that is a consequence of the room being all wood with floor gaps and beside the trees ("Tree house" ). The room size was also underwhelming.

It has astonishing view with full bloomed lotus garden and limestone rock...mua cave with its territory,so any time you can visit mua cave.. breakfast was good..view was breathtaking

.Lots of people in daytime ( outside visitors) Shortage of staffs, luggage need to be carried by yourself No good restaurants around it, need scooter or car to go to nearby restaurants.. nothing to do at night.. Though same room was provided,but the view from room was not same.. Pool was very small and time is only upto 7 pm... Outside visitors allowed upto 6 pm ,too much gathering
