TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm Vietnamese born abroad! Loan is one of the sweetest people I've met and such a delight to have a conversation with! Amazing friendly energy and she made me feel so much at home! She and her staff went out of their way to accommodate us, asked us what we like to eat and customised our meals to deliver us an authentic Vietnamese experience that reminded me of the meals that I have with my family!(with locally picked veggies, crab and fish that she caught herself!). Her kindness and love brought tears to my eyes! This whole experience will fondly stay in my heart forever! Thank you so much!!

If there is one thing, I would say that most bikes were quite old and not all as smooth to cycle with, HOWEVER, they were all free for guests to use so in that sense I was more than happy that they were there! My brother got a flat tire and they came to pick it up and deliver another bike for us in no time. Like I said: top notch customer service!!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute minute walk into Tam Coc village, so easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcome the minute we arrived; they helped arrange transport from Hanoi Airport and for our onward journey. Our room was very spacious with a large verandah overlooking the river and the mountains. The restaurant did a great breakfast (plenty of choice) and we enjoyed a lovely evening meal (plenty of options for non-meat eaters and vegetarians). Overall a fantastic 3 nights at Chez Loan... highly recommended.

Nice family run place, with French/Vietnamese owners. So it’s convenient for you to speak french too. The hotel has 2 buildings, one older one with the restaurant and one newer one with the pool. They are connected at the back by two very cute bridges over a river and facing a fascinating rock. Don’t skip the back side! We chose a bungalow in the newer part with balcony on the river. The bungalows are practical and good. Loan, the Vietnamese owner, can really help you with tour bookings. Free bikes to use, short

The bungalows can perhaps use some tlc. Get rid of the shower curtain and check the shower itself. On our balcony was a full ashtray from the former guests, nobody cleaned it while we were there. The bikes were too low for us Dutchies, even with the saddles up high.

Loan,who runs the hotel, does it with love and pride,even making us eggs and waffles himself for the great breakfast buffet! Our bungalow was beautifully furnished, right by the pool which was very comfortable.The bungalows overlooking the river have lovely views.The hotel is located in a quiet place,just 5 minutes bicycle ride from the centre,and with lots of places to ride in nature

Everything was good! (just the bathroom ceiling could do with a bit of paint)

We were served with a late breakfast ( outside of BF hour) which was a nice surprise. Staff called us up for a left behind luggage , another nice gesture. Bun rieu for breakfast was nice, comparable to Hanoi one

The swimming pool should have been attended by staff at all time for safety reason.

ALL very nice, well located, good view around, owner is very helpful for all your questions or services you might need, very well priced!

Chez Loan is a lovely, stylish hotel run by very friendly staff who were very accommodating to our large party. Pascal and his team were absolutely super and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended. Nous retour a bientot!

Amazing cabin style rooms- lots of space and comfortable nights sleep to rest before/after trips. It was very quiet, clean and good location. all in all, really good value for money.

The staff are wonderful, big clean rooms, price was very reasonable. A beautiful and peaceful setting!
