Loved my stay here, one of my favorite places in Southeast Asia so far! The hotel is just outside of Tam Coc, but close by, you can bike there in a few minutes or a 2 dollar grab taxi can take you there in 5 minutes. Being outside of town means it's super quiet and quiant. It's very close to some of the pagodas and the bird sanctuary, too. You can bike to one of the pagodas in 5 minutes or less. The room I stayed in was nice. The bed was huge (queen or even king size), and very comfortable. Hot water readily available and a minibar. The breakfast is included and you can choose between eggs and fruit or pancakes. They have a restaurant where you can get dinner or lunch and it's very good, prices are competitive with those from Tam Coc. The hotel seems to be family owned and run, and they were all amazing, always with a smile in their face and ready to help with tours, taxis to train station, busses, or any help needed.

For sure the most beautiful hotel we stayed in Vietnam! Even though it was extremely cheap it has exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived and checked in they let us borrow some bikes to go exploring the rice fields nearby at sunset and it was an amazing experience! The pool they have is great especially if you arrive there after a long day trip in the hot Vietnamese weather!! They helped us organise the tour for the next day around Tam Coc and also the transfer from the Halong Bay to the hotel and to Hanoi the next day. We also tried the food for dinner and the noodles and the orange juice were definitely worth the trip there, by far the tastiest we had in Vietnam!

There isn't a thing we didn't like!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The property is just gorgeous. Our room was nice and it had one of the best showers we’ve had in 3 months. The staff here went absolutely above and beyond for us. We arrived in the early hours of the morning from a night bus and they organised a temporary area for us to sleep in before we checked in and even gave us free breakfast for that day! When we were leaving we had another night bus and wanted to shower after we checked out and they were so accomplished and gave us towels.

A little bit out the town, but you can rent bicycles and can only take 5 mins

THE COMFIEST BED WE HAVE STAYED IN IN 3 MONTHS OF TRAVELLING!!! The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked clean and was clearly well maintained.

You would definitely need a bike or scooter to explore, as Tam Coc is fairly remote. Took us around 30 mins to walk to the “town centre”. Hot water wasn’t totally reliable but that’s to be expected given the location.

We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, beautiful, clean, with AC and a fan. There was a fridge as well. The bathroom was big and there were toothbrushes, a hair dryer, razors, shampoo and shower gel (amazing smell). The pool was nice and clean. There were pairs of slippers of us to use as well. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every single day. Delicious home-made foods and juices. Excellent free breakfast. Nice, zen music. Quyn, her husband and her entire family are so kind, they are always very helpful and smiling. There are also bicycles and scooters for rent with helmets of course. Will definitely go back if I’m going back to Tam Coc. What an amazing stay.

“This is undeniably one of the finest hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! When you visit Tam Coc, make sure to book your stay here. The hotel is situated just a short walk from Tam Coc, slightly removed, making it a serene and peaceful retreat where you wake up to breathtaking mountain views. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and exude coziness. My stay was in room 09, a charming and comfortable space with a delightful view of the pool and garden area. The shower is wonderful, and the bathroom is generously sized. However, the real gem of this hotel is its people. My friend and I fell ill with severe food poisoning after dining at a restaurant in town, and the hotel staff took remarkable care of us. They provided us with medicine and prepared gentle, stomach-soothing meals. We are incredibly grateful for their compassion. I’ve never encountered such genuine kindness anywhere else. We extended our stay to five nights, three more than originally planned, because the overall atmosphere in this hotel was simply delightful. If you ask me, it’s the best hotel in town.”

Everything was nice

Would recommend. Great value for money. Bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. WiFi worked well. The family/host were extremely friendly and welcoming. We booked a scooter/moped through them with no issues. We also did laundry with them and had no problems. A couple of restaurants nearby (walking distance) and loads of choices/places to eat in the centre (5 mins on moped or 15/20 mins by bicycle)

Not an issue because we had a moped but if you didn’t want to hire bicycle or moped then it is approx half hour/40 min walk to main centre.

Very easy to work with and very flexible! Lovely family running the place. Clean pool perfect for a dip after a day of cycling. Almost feels like we had our own private karst being right below the peak. Comfortable beds. You can even walk to a couple of the temple/caves and the some boats are even directly across the street. Everything was absolutely perfect. We’ve been in country for over a month now and this was our favorite stay.

Hot water was only good for about three minutes at a time but it got HOT for that time.

Really nice scenic accomodation just outside of tam cốc town. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is great and we enjoyed relaxing in the area around the pool. The included breakfast is also a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great launching pad to see trang ăn, Tam cốc and other attractions in the area.

The location is a little bit outside Tam Cốc town. It is around a 30 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. If you have a motorbike this is no problem, but we didn’t so ended up using taxis which cost around 40000VND. The accomodation does rent motorbikes and push bikes. There was some construction noise nearby but this was only during the daytime.

Have booked the hostel on a recommendation for 2 nights. Charming place, located a bit outside of Tam Coc. We were allowed to rent bikes/scooters for free on the first evening. The rooms were clean, bright and cleaned daily. Breakfast was pancakes with fruit once and bread with egg and veggies the other time. Both times there was coffee or tea to go with it. The hosts are truly magical, very eager to make sure we had everything we needed and extremely helpful. Always happy to return!

Only after we let them know that our shower was cold, they showed us that we had to turn on the boiler first. That would have been nicer already at check-in.
