Everything! It is so serene being surrounded by so much greenery! It is hilly to get to the pool and dining area so be mindful if you have mobility difficulties but they provide buggy rides from the reception area up there and back. I used it countless times and I don’t have mobility troubles. So it’s a service that is definitely appreciated. We had the garden view rooms and it was amazing! Super comfortable bed and huge shower. The staff are absolutely phenomenal!! They were all so incredibly nice and very attentive. And that was all staff including housekeepers, grounds workers, guest staff and restaurant staff. It was so close to convenience stores and lots of restaurants. Short grab ride to night market. You can rent motorbikes from them and also have other rental and laundry services literally across the road. We can’t wait to come back here! Thank you Lahana for an amazing stay :)

Beautiful resort and spa. Central location, only a quick walk down to the shops or beach. Nice long swimming pool looking out at beautful mountain views makes you feel like you're in another world. They also have little golf buggys where staff take you around the resort which was super fun to make use of.

Nothing! We loved our stay at Lahana! A few other reviews mentioned the warm bathrooms if you have a hilltop bungalow room which wasn't a huge issue as we didn't spend much time in the bathroom itself and was able to keep the bedroom cool by closing the bathroom doors. It's a large property with golf buggys to take you around the main hotel facilities (your room, reception, swimming pool, restaurants) if you didn't feel like walking and the staff were always so lovely whenever we called up to use the service. Absolutely loved our stay here at Lahana :)

We stayed for 4 nights with 3 young kids and we're sorry we couldn't stay for more. The rooms are great and definitely the best showers we had, one was in the house garden and that was wonderful. The beds are good And you have all you need in the room with good private wifi. Breakfast is superb, the best we had in Vietnam. Also the pool is wonderful with great view and our kids loved running around in the small kids area and gym. The staff are more then great, nice, helpful and genoruse. The location is just near the main street with lots of places to go, 5min car ride to the market, grab is easy to catch here. We highly recommend it!!

The resort is as you would expect it to be and the staff are lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and I loved the little nightly treat. The Shaking Beef at the restaurant was probably my favourite dish from my 4 weeks in Vietnam, if you stay here, I highly recommend.

The pool doesn't have many beds and guest 'save' these for the entire day very early on. Out of my 4 days there, I was only able to get a bed on one day, which is really annoying when some beds have been 'saved' but then no one sits on them all day. This wouldn't be such an issue if there was also beach access, but with just the pool, I wish resorts like this wouldn't allow people to save beds all day.

This was a great place to stay with our family. The pool was fantastic with a beautiful view, and happy hour (half price) beer, cocktails, and mocktails from 5pm -7pm was a bonus. The location is a bit quiet from the city centre but we liked that and we were still within walking distance to plenty of locan shops and restaurants. The night market is also within walking distance and eas a highlight for the kids. I suggest getting familiar with the local free bus service also that takes you just about anywhere, especially if you want to spend a day out exploring or visiting some tourist spots. The bus stops just down the road from the resort. For our family, we found our stay here really good with a good combination of fun and excitement for the kids and enough time to also just relax by the pool.

Each building is unique and relax. Living here like a small forest. The service is good and amazing. Find peace amidst the noise from the main street.

The restaurant is a little bit far away and not easy to go but you can call for shuttle to pick you up. The biggest problem is the noise. I live in 1st floor in this Two-storey apartment, the 2nd floors rooms will may make huge noise when they walked or moved anything. The environment cleaner start to work unbelievably early at 6am and make annoying sound in sweeping. I really don't love it at all.

This is one of the best accommodations we've had in Vietnam. The standard is very high, and the service is exceptional with a high personal culture which goes hand in hand with great professionalism. The room is wonderfully equipped and very spacious, which is incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by nature. The entire staff takes great care of the property and its surroundings. I’ve never encountered such friendly service anywhere else. The breakfasts are delicious and diverse, with a huge variety of options, and everything tastes amazing. The pool is fantastic, and even though the property is large, there was never a time when all the lounge chairs were occupied. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The Ghibli soundtracks at the reception, the big pool, the various food at the breakfast buffet. It was all great! The electric car was very convenient for my grandmother, as she could still enjoy the hills without walking. It's a beautiful resort. Last but not least, the staff is really nice and helpful!

When neighbours talk loud in their bathroom, you can also hear them in your bathroom. Besides of that, the bathroom is very big, so the bedroom itself is not more than 40 squared meters, but in total. I like big bathrooms anyways, so for me no issue, but just for you to know.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tran was very attentive when we arrived and during our stay, she made sure we were enjoying our trip, giving us some recommendations to visit around the island, etc. We had an early checkout and Tran also arranged a breakfast box for us to bring to the airport...10 out of 10!! The location was perfect for us, a short walk and you get to the main road, full of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We hesitated between different room types, finally we chose the bungalow up the hill (this means you will be closer to the breakfast/pool area), but other type of rooms seem to be as fine as this one. We loved the outdoor shower in the bungalow!! Nice touch! The resort is not at the beach, which is very clear in the location and description and was totally fine for us since we were interested in other activities, but keep that in mind if you are looking for a beach vacation.

If I am being picky, I guess the coffee option in the room could be upgraded to some black coffee drip bags (vietnamese coffee for example instead of Nescafé)

Tran Vo and the staff team at Lahana Resort made our holiday on Phu Quoc island really special. Their service was simply amazing from the moment we arrived until the moment that we left, literally standing in front of the reception area waving goodbye! They catered for our every need. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and private. The massive bathroom with outdoor hot shower a unique treat at the end of a day out on the island. The food and beverage was just superb. A delicious and comfortable breakfast to start the day. And an amazingly fresh swimming pool to cool down whenever the temperature rose - which was often. Thank you once again to the Lahana team for helping to make our family holiday to Phu Quoc island unforgettable.

Really nothing. Our only minor knit-picky thing would be that they didn’t always wash or replenish our tea cups and glasses each day. But that was only a minor problem.
