Beach not very clean. Staff at the restaurant not caring much about costumers.

Location was perfect, directly on the beach and a short walk to bars, restaurants and a big supermarket. Big swimming pool in case you didn't want to swim in the sea. They, also, have a beach bar/restaurant with great cocktails. The room was spotlessly clean and we were given fresh towels and water every day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and worked from early morning 'til night. A special mention to Phuyng (sorry about the spelling!) and Khai who served us tirelessly and always with a smile. Breakfast was included in the price of our room which was really good. The buffet had Asian and Western options and the lovely lady there made up eggs and bacon to order as well as Pho.

Nothing really...the only thing, maybe, would be to make breakfast 7.00 'til 10.00 instead of 9.00 because the cocktails were so good it made it difficult to get up early a few mornings!😄

The location,its right down at the beach Around the corner is a little shop who makes good coffee,the owner is a very nice talkative lady. The hotel has moterbikes for rent Rooms are good and spacious,love the shower. Trinty at the front desk is very helpfull if u need something and speak some english.

Its my 2nd time here and i liked it the first time better. They could do somethign better with the sunbeds, i mean getting to the beach at 8 am and seeing all the beds occupied already with towels while there is nobody there is not okay,also guests who not staying at the hotel use the pool and use the sunbeds while paying customers have no sunbeds to lay on and the pool is crowded with ppl who not even stay at the hotel. I stayed 10 days but i only used 3 days the inc breakfast option. Breakfast finish at 9am whic is too early if u ask me. The coffee is cold everyday even its on a plate to keep it warm.

The location was perfect, you are in the middle of the island so it allows you to travel very easy to the nothern part and also rhe southern side. You have the beach just right in front of you, amazing sunsets and the downtown is like 10 mins walk with very good restaurants and supermarkets

The wifi is not the best and the last day it was not working at all. The communication with the hotel was really bad through booking as they didn't answer our messages. The beach was really dirty full with garbage.

Located on the beach and down an alley way from the main road this is a peaceful resort. Family run resort. Beautiful friendly staff. The room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing especially for the sunset. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom took a bit of getting used to, with no shower screen. Changed towels & bedding every day. Coffee & tea facilitates. The breakfasts we looked forward to. Vietnamese soups changed daily & were great. Eggs bacon & fruit. Great variety of fruit. The bar drink & food was reasonably priced but were generous and tasty. Did not get sick at all. Plays relaxing background music during the day. Quiet location. 45 minute walk to the night markets.

the property is right on the beach and the location is near a supermarket and several restaurants. the staff were friendly.

we stayed for 6 nights and there were families with screaming kids up at 6:30 AM playing in the pool half of our mornings there. the hotel needs to set regular hours for the pool and enforce them and not let people who are up early wake the entire hotel up.

Clean, comfortable bed (bed 183x203cm). Spotless clean rooms. Effective and quiet air conditioning. In room safe was large and secure. Amazing location on the beach! Clean and well maintained pool with pool towels provided. Great beach bar/restaurant open everyday with decent prices. Quaint bars and cafes within 1 minute walk of hotel. Large Balcony overlooking the beach was the cherry ontop for a stunning sunset. Housekeeping was attentive and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was average and the upstairs eating area was hot so we found ourselves going to the local Cafe for breakfast most mornings. At night, It's a very dark 10 minute walk through back roads to the hotel from the main road restaurants/shops. There's no street or surrounding lighting so best to walk in day light for the first few times to familiarise yourself.

Sophisticated, stylish, truly peaceful hotel with comfort worthy of five stars and a famous, legendary restaurant. Spacious, fine rooms with huge balconies. Impeccable housekeeping. Large and beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi and lounge area, and shower and toilet facilities nearby. Luxurious breakfasts from 7am with carefully selected juicy fruit and crunchy vegetables, soups with prawns and meatballs, lean chicken and bacon, large selection of Asian dishes, yoghurts and desserts including my favourite sweet potatoes. Clean beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice guests from all over the world (Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, UK, USA, Ireland, Japan, India, China and many other countries). Located in a very quiet, beautiful area but only a couple of minutes walk from the best nightclubs, bars and pubs with live music as well as the biggest supermarket "Kingkong" and bus stops for free (!) buses #17 and #19 to explore the whole island. Night security and lots of video cameras. Very safe for solo travellers. Truly warm, deeply committed, genuinely caring staff and hearty, welcoming hosts. A place you can completely trust for your perfect stress-free holiday.

The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect. With the pool, breakfast and beach bar right there - it was a perfect way to either spend the day or return to after a day trip to watch the sunset. Breakfast was abundant with many Vietnamese and international options,including endless fruit. We had a room facing the beach and loved the balcony chairs and view. It was easy to rent a scooter from the hotel, and put add on drinks/meals from the bar on our room tab.

The only downside was that the bathroom had a shower which drained on the main bathroom floor. The fan helped for it to dry somewhat quickly.
