I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the location. While it was quiet and peaceful, there were very few dining options nearby, which made it inconvenient when looking for meals, especially in the evenings. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay if you prioritize cleanliness, but food lovers might find the area a bit lacking.

The room is very spacious. Buffet breakfast is superb since I like mediterranean food. Maybe add a little western and asian dishes. Location is 15 minutes taxi ride to Dubai World Trade Center. Easy to get taxi or careem ride. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and accommodating specially Alfa stationed in the breakfast area, she assisted us during our 7 days stay in four points. And Lyca who helped us with our desert safari tour and also suggested nice tourist spots in Dubai. Had a few drinks in Tipsy Tikka - unli popcorn hahaha, super fun!

We ordered chicken biryani for dinner and we did not liked it because it was overcooked. No bathrobe in the room.

The stay was fantastic. The staff was brilliant and took care of us like their own family members. We enjoyed the food to the fullest. However more publicity and promotion of the Tipsy Tikka Pub be also given as it is a very good place to be to have drinks. Free shuttle was a boon. Lastly, the location is very quiet and calm. The room should have provision of balcony. And the pool be more active featuring pool music nights and other activities.

We have always stayed at this hotel in Dubai. The hotel's location is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were always very fast, and the free valet parking was very good. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and quiet. We never felt that the hotel had many guests. Many food outlets and 24/7 grocery shops are within a few minutes' walking distance. We will return.

We were missing a tissue box in the room, although one was given in the bathroom, next to the sink tap. A tissue box next to the sink tap is not a good idea because the tissues may become wet.

Staff were very welcoming and hospitable, in particular Rohit Naik on Guest Reception and Housekeeping supervisor Pooja. Plenty to choose at breakfast time. They had daily music with singers in the restaurant to which we were oblivious as it wasnt advertised very well. They sang very well! Tour desk assistant Bhaumik organised our visits for the 3 full days we had to work with. Handy 24 hour convenience store just around the corner for late night snacks too.

A courtesy car/vehicle to and from the nearest metro (ADCB, Burjman and Sharaf DG) would have been useful, as it took upto 15 min walk to get to the metro station. (Still advertising complimentary shuttle to a beach no longer in use, La Mer)

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for my entire stay. First and foremost, the staff at the Four Points by Sheraton were exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests stood out to me from the beginning. Every request was met with a smile, and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort was truly commendable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or arranging transportation, they were always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. The hotel itself was nothing short of impressive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the vibrant city of Dubai. What truly elevated my stay was the stunning view from my room. Waking up to the breathtaking skyline of Dubai each morning was a highlight of my trip, and it's an experience I won't soon forget. Although I didn't have the opportunity to dine at the hotel during my stay, I have no doubt that the culinary offerings would have been exceptional based on the level of service and attention to detail I experienced throughout my time there.

While my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai was overwhelmingly positive, it's important to provide a balanced review. Despite the numerous positive aspects of the hotel, there were a few minor areas that could be improved upon. The kettle was not working properly and this could have been supervised by the Maintenance staff before the guest entered the room. Despite these minor areas for improvement, my overall experience at the Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai was overwhelmingly positive. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and the location has more than compensated for any minor shortcomings. I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai.

the Rooms were good and spacious. Extra bed provided was also comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. when one of my family members joined us a few days later , a little early in the morning, the front desk helped us check in early in a very seamless and hassle free way. Mr Rohit Sharma at front desk was very responsive to the needs and chipped in with his help whenever it was required. The breakfast spread was good and being an Indian vegetarian myself, there were ample choices for a vegetarian like me. The menu changed daily making it a very diverse and varied meal.

It is not on the main road and is in a little interior lane. Which makes it a comparatively quiet place to stay but hailing a taxi can sometimes be a little difficult.

The room service was pretty quick and efficient. The Purani Dilli Restaurant at gr floor was good. The typical Indian Chicken Curry was delight. But highlight was the Singer duo in Purani Dilli Restaurant. They were pretty good and sang beautifully spl. the male singer Aman.

The travel desk at hotel was not that cooperative I felt. Don't know if it was my individual. May be for others it might be good. Or maybe we were having good crowd at same time. Entertainment options for kids were only limited to TV may be a small play room would add extra.

We came to dubai for vacations with my sister and mother we really loved the hotel staffs specially for the breakfast they are so kind and sweet and ready to go anything to please you. I've had a special attention from Nalin the guy who made the pancakes who made our stay even more memorable. The room and bed were nice and clean and all our little demands were very well taken care of... we ordered food from the room service and frankly for the same price it was better than restaurants outside. So i will highly recommand this hotel

The swimming pool closing at 11pm was a little drawback for us. Its quite hot outside in summer and you cant really do much during the day so we reached the hotel late and we had to run to be able to take advantage of the swimming pool. In a city like dubai where the Supermarkets n shops are open really late and with heat it would be really nice if the swiming pool could be open till midnight atleast.

Good layout : close to the supermarket and metro station. Spacious rooms with a place for third roller bed installation. Cleanliness : cleaning personnel was very polite and thoughtful. Additional thanks to Arvin who was in charge of cleaning room 601. He did his job professionally. Nice Yesterday’s bar on the ground floor with variety of food and drinks offering the best chicken wings. And of course super fast processing of the requests such as ice bowl bringing to the room.

Controversial breakfast : not everyone especially the Europeans likes Indian food. In general it was good and pretty diverse, but chicken offered was full of bones and it was not nice to have. Apart from chicken there was no other meat/fish offer at the same day, which was not nice. I would advise to add sea food such as shrimps, salmon etc. in the menu along with more types of cheese such as blue cheese, camembert, etc
