Good comfort in a location close to a supermarket, a mall, multiple hospitals and Paulista Avenue. Very clean and staff always there to support you. Very good breakfast.

Free wifi could be better for work. At some certain hours of the day the connection doesn't have enough bandwidth for video calls, so all cameras need to be turned off during the call. It should not a problem at all if you are not travelling for work requiring video calls from hotel room.

Excellent breakfast, and very good assistance with an early check out.

The bed and the fact you can use their air conditioning as heater as it was a very cold week when I was there.

The breakfast is terrible. Nothing tasted good and I'm brazilian and from São Paulo, I know there are enough good bakeries in the area for the breakfast to be decent, which it really wasn't. Also the coffee was terrible. In addition, the lady who takes care of the breakfast is super rude.
