In one word, what I liked the most was (Belinda). I am fighting cancer and as I have a tough road ahead so does my husband. He too struggles as he is my support and suffers along with me. I told Belinda it was my husband's birthday and that I really wanted it to be special. I was taking him to Cirque de Soleil and we needed somewhere nice to stay. She went above and beyond her duty. She really made our stay perfect and my husband was super happy. Belinda had our room decorated , when we walked in he had happy birthday balloons, fake candles and a bottle of wine waiting for him . He was so impressed and he looked so happy. To a family that's dealing with so much heartache, to see my husband smile meant everything to me. Also yes Cirque de Soleil was amazing. I just wanted to throw in there that I completed radiation and all I wanted was to finally soak in a hot tub. That was the icing on the cake. We went to the pool and hot tub area and soaked in the hot tub. It was everything we needed . Our bed was very comfortable and our room was super spacious. One thing I always look for is a steamy shower, to my surprise the water was great. All in all I'm so glad I chose this hotel thank you so much Hilton.

Some of the most friendly and most accommodating staff. We cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beds were mildly uncomfortable for us PERSONALLY. We have a purple mattress which is more suited to squish to your body, these were just a little firm for us.

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Excellent location for the hotel. Very satisfied with this choice. If in the area again, will stay in that hotel again. Close to Phoenixville, PA which is a great town to visit.

Our room was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just fine. The location was excellent.

Minor things: I expect at least one housekeeping visit for a four night stay. We could hear conversations from another room very clearly through the bathroom vent. The heat/ac unit seemed to have a mind of its own.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the Cafe was comfortable and inviting, and food was delicious. There was also a great lounge area.

The rooms seem dated. The furniture is really worn. The sofa was uncomfortable and some of the plugs and light switches didn't work.

Friendly front desk staff who acknowledged us every time we walked by, good size rooms.

Had to call for daily housekeeping service even though we had asked for it upon arrival. Indoor pool did not look clean so didn’t use it.

Very easy to get checked in. Staff was friendly and welcomed us every time we came in. Overall it was just a very pleasant experience

Could use a shuttle service to TMG and a water refuelling station in the walls for easy access to water.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms we clean and fairly up to date. It was weird that we could hear our neighbors tv clear as day from our bathroom vent but it wasn’t a huge deal. The staff members were polite and the value overall was fair.

The outdoor fire pit was beautiful with multiple seating but it was just my husband and I out there. The bar was very nice indoors and the staff was very pleasant. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas/ Winter and felt very homey (: It was across the street from a little shopping complex- one was for shopping and another with food options and restaurants. Really convenient! Large parks and trails in the area and lots of nice scenery to look at! Amazing trip overall.

The older staff was very approachable and pleasant to talk to. Always greeted us first. The younger staff seemed a little stand-offish and a little judgemental.
