I loved that my room was cleaned every day without having to ask for it. I liked the walk in shower but the floor was a tiny bit slick. I liked that the room had a microwave and a fridge.

I didn't like that the pillows were so cheap and small and didn't support me much. I didn't like the work out room. It was too small and the hours weren't good for my schedule. I wish I could've accessed it earlier than 6am.

Breakfast was great always plenty to eat

It was quite hot and the pool was closed due to problems. We were looking forward to having a pool so hopefully when we go again we will make sure pool is working

It took forever to get hot water , The shower only misted water. After my shower , I had to put a towel on the floor by my bed. The carpet could use a cleaning , so your feet don't get dirt after your shower. No ice machine on the third floor.

Everything Was Clean & Nice Smelled So Good from the time we walked in the front door of the lobby, even the elevator smelled good Room was cleaned to perfection!!!!

The location breakfast and the food near by was great for traveling. I love the rooms and the bed was really soft and comfortable. My girl loved the mirrors on bed it made her smile a lot as she rode me thru the night.

The gym was closed. And I really wanted to workout. The pool was also closed due to covid-19 and them trying to be safe in all. I overall love the place and I will be going back to sure.only reason you didn't get 10 stars is because of the gym being closed

Staff was considerate that I was attending a funeral. I tried to conduct my dealings as best I could but my emotions got the best of me. When I faced a small glitch the front desk lady was a great help. I’m so very grateful. Thank you
