Modern design and hotel stay was pleasant

Inflexible check in process. The primary reservation person didn;t have physical DL but had digital scanned version in Wallet / Iphone and laptop. They wanted physical DL only. If you say you can do digital check in what does this mean? Had to change the reservation to my wife's by calling Bookings and checkin process took 45 mins. In this age of digital / this is rediculous.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, kind, responsive and understanding! The room was spacious, cozy and warm! The bed and pillows made me feel like on a cloud! I especially valued the showerhead option and the great water pressure! Wifi was good! I also loved the option of having warm water with a lemon first thing in the morning and the fact that the breakfast was accommodating for gluten and dairy sensitivity. It was a great experience all in all.

The breakfast was ok its just the coffee, there was none at the moment when wanted and some of the food was not available also the pancakes were to slow to make and people were waiting in line also ran out of stuff alot of things were not working other than that it was ok! Oh and not enough attendees only one lady felt kinda bad for her.

Excellent shower, best ever of all the many hotels I've stayed at over the years!! The room is pretty small if you were on an extended stay. No where to store your clothes, you're forced to live out of a suitcase. But, for one or two nights it's perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable!

It was about 95 degrees when I arrived and I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and was turned down because I'm not a Hilton rewards member.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Incredible value for the price. The hotel was in a great location, clean, comfortable and accommodating. We loved the huge television in the room. We were unable to stay for the breakfast, but it certainly looked great. We took coffee to go, and it was great as well. We'll definitely be back!

The only miniscule suggestion would be to make sure the little snack area is fully stocked. The menu said it had soup and popcorn for sale, but both those items were sold out, so we got chips and candy instead. Again, this was very minor. We were too lazy to go outside the hotel for a snack and could have just ordered Door Dash if we had been really hungry.

I really liked the game room in the lobby area. We had a blast playing pool and connect 4 with our friends and family. I liked the soap and shampoo dispensers.

The rooms were pretty narrow. There was not a lot of room from the end of the bed to the TV stand and bench? I guess it's just a bench. The pillows were super flat.

Breakfast. Location. Housekeeping.

Our room smelled like weed Really bad, I went downstairs to complain and see if we could get a different room I explained one of my daughters has really bad allergies to smoke said rooms were all booked. We dealt with it!

Location was amazing. I would like to be a member and be able to stay at all TRU by Hilton and get free nights I travel with my Mom every month we take 1 weekend out of every month and get away we totally enjoy our Mother/Daughter time. It was very clean and the style was modern and beds were extremely comfortable great water pressure and noise levels were excellent. We did not hear anything in our rooms. This place Is great when it comes to all of this. The only down side was breakfast I was hoping to save money on breakfast but instead we had to go out for breakfast for 3 days.

The only thing that was a downer was the Breakfast. There was not a lot of selection. Eggs were very wet looking and 1 selection of meat(polish sausage) and tons of bread English muffin, bagels, and pancake machine. No boiled eggs, fruit or healthier options. Wishing you could improve your breakfast options. 300.00 for 2 nights for 2 adults you would think you could provide more healthier options.

Great location! Perfect location to everything in the DFW area and even better AT&T Stadium. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be returning for another game.

The filters may need to be changed in the rooms, there is a bit of a stinch in the room.

The room was really nice and easy to get to. Everything looked nice and up to date. The hotel was close to everything I was going to do. It was only a 10 minute ride to the Arlington Museum of Art and the AT&T stadium.

There was a slightly strange scent in the hallway. No issues with anything else. Staff was friendly and didn't have any problems.
