Everything was amazing from the staff that greet you when you first get here is nice and friendly so when you get to your room the housekeepers left a handwritten note welcome in you large walk-in shower was very nice then the next morning I woke up to a nice beautiful breakfast biscuits and gravy were absolutely the best both of my sons use the fitness center and the pool before going to bed this was definitely one of the best hotels I've been to in a long time

Very clean room with a perfectly working a/c that kept me cool all nite. I’m very hot natured so a superbly working a/c is important to me. The tv had streaming and like most Marriotts they had Showtime and HBO streaming for free during the stay. Excellent breakfast - they had a new waffle I’d never had before called Pearl Sugar Waffles. BEST waffles I’ve ever eaten in my life. They tasted like cinnamon rolls. They also have a nice little bar inside the hotel that opens up in the evening. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

The luggage carts were a little small in comparison to most Marriott hotels so if you have a lot of stuff you’ll have to make 2 trips.

everything was sparkling clean we had the pool to ourselves the room was extra cozy and nice 2 TVs in the suite. No kids arguing over what to watch. Breakfast was perfect. it was perfect! Bar had good drinks. Arbys was literally 30steps away for dinner.

The indoor pool was a plus!! We needed to waste some time and it was the perfect option. The texas shaped waffle iron was my favorite, and there were plenty of breakfast options for my family. A gas station was within walking distance to get any additional things we needed.

The lighting in the room and bathroom were very dim.

My sisters and I were there on a Christmas shopping trip to Canton and decided to stay at Fairfield Marriott. We were greeted by a very kind host and noticed how clean the hotel was right away. We felt very safe in the hotel and the parking lot was bright at night. Our double queen room was spotless. In the morning we had the complementary breakfast and it was standard as expected breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to shop at the Canton shops.

Great location for our visit to Canton Trade Days. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfy!

The heater in the room was a bit noisy

We liked that each bed had four pillows, the room was clean and the included breakfast was pretty good. Also the fact that you accommodate pets was a plus for us, maybe only charge a fee for pets if there is damage or if extra cleaning is needed. Online when booking it didn't show that there was a pet fee just that they were accepted. Loved the corner location of the room we were given and the late check out helped us out! Also liked that you didn't initially charge my card to book. Thanks for a good stay away from home.

The road noise was little loud to get to sleep and the ac was also noisy and sounded like maybe something wasn't working properly, although it kept the temperature just fine and there were no problems with it other than the noise. Maybe for a two queen room stocking at least 4 towels would be better for quests. Other than that it was good stay overall.

New was nice enough for a 1 night stay when we needed it

I’m not a 100% sure the sheets and blanket was fresh. Found a blood stain on top of blanket smelled fresh perfume on blanket

Awesome friendly and competent staff! Breakfast was good: fresh eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits, juices, milks, breaks etc. All well-laid out-- and good hot coffee. Bed was really comfortable. Shower is walk-in, hot and good pressure. TV/internet worked well. Free wifi was decent. Parking plentifiul and well-lit. Quiet and comfortable place for an overnight on the highway. Gym and pool look great but did not get a chance to use either.

Coffee: Only had medium roast and decaf. Prefer a dark roast.

This hotel by far was the friendliest I have ever visited. Every staff member greeted us with a friendly hello and how is your day going. The rooms were very clean and very well kept. We ask how old the hotel was because every inch looked brand new. We were surprised to find out it is 4 years old. You can tell the minute you walk in that they take pride in their property. My Son lives nearby and from now on I will be staying at this hotel when I visit. Thank you Fairfield for such a nice and worry free weekend!
