The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean and most of the staff was amazing.

The only thing that I frowned on was when my grandson, myself, and other patrons were eating breakfast and watching TV, the lady just walked over and turned the TV off while we were watching it. I feel that was very unprofessional and the only way she said something to us was when I said "hey that is rude, we were watching this!" She then said "I am sorry but it is 9am and I have to turn the TV off at 9." I was okay with that but she could have said something prior to doing that. I think that is not very professional, rude and definitely wasn't courteous!

I liked the location of this facility. It was very close to the event location we were attending. It was very close to some very nice restaurants we chose to visit during our stay. The hotel was well kept and the staff was very friendly.

The only issue I had was the breakfast in the morning. It seemed simple and with very few options. I feel that this could use some improvement. Such as an improved variety of breakfast options. The main course was eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy. This is too plain and lacks creativity.

Even though the breakfast bar wasn’t open, it would have been nice if the coffee was available for early risers. It would be profitable if the food and chips area had popcorn available to purchase. additionally, I wouldn’t say that our room was cleaned adequately before we arrived. We had to wipe off the bed stand before setting anything on it. my spouse noticed that the couch wasn’t clean.

We arrived at night and Sara was the front desk associate. My 8 year old Grandson had some great conversations with her while helping me. She was great with us.

The hotel shampoo and conditioner aren't up to what I expected. We bought some from a store instead. Everything else was fine

The location the rooms and bed very comfortable. Great breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.

Had trouble with thermostat Do not like the coffee that is provided in the rooms or the coffee maker..we like lots of good strong coffee I suggest a single serving Kurigh with Green mountain coffee

Most everything was great. Clean, quite , comfortable . Staff was friendly and courteous except the front desk person when we checked. She was rude at check in but seemed better after initial incident.

The staff was very helpful and genuinely kind. The room was great with plenty of space to sit, eat, work and rest. We especially liked the refrigerator because it was larger than we usually see in a hotel which and i was perfect for us for our 3 night stay. The rooms were quiet and peaceful. For breakfast, there was a nice variety of choices and it opened at 5 am which was a bonus for us when we left very early.

The sound on the television seemed muffled but we were able to enjoy it with a little straining to hear.

Best hotel I have stayed in this year. We travel at least once a month bowling. Been a long time since I have had ham for breakfast and it was great. Room was clean, no hotel or dog smell. The price was exceptional.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and big and breakfast was very good.

Next time I will be sure to ask for a room that is not right by the main lobby. It got a little noisy at times in the lobby area.

Location was perfect, for my needs. Breakfast was OK, not the best I've had at a hotel, but not the worst. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept. My room was clean and spacious, very nice. The staff was engaging and polite and helpful.

The A/C cycled too much. The breakfast could have been better, eggs, sausage and biscuits and / or English muffins would have been nice. Breakfast was like something you would buy at a convenience store and put in a micro wave when you are in a hurry and don't care about the food quality. I enjoy a good breakfast, this was only adequate.
