Convenient for my travel purposes. Was able to change rooms without a problem; original room was next to parking area. The free breakfast was nice to have and there was always lemon infused water available in the reception area. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I also appreciated a list of TV channels, some places you have to scroll the guide.

There was no bathroom exhaust fan and I noticed some things missed in cleaning-maybe a better vacuum is needed for the staff. An outside trash bin was overflowing for several days although I did see staff picking up litter in the parking area. One night the noises from the overhead room was bothersome and there is some freeway noise.

Breakfast was as good as 9 rating hotels I´ve stayed on. Rooms were clean and with good space. Price was excellent and the location had easy access close to good restaurants and stores. Would stay there again if in need of something cheap.

Even though the rooms and breakfast area was clean, aisles were not always clean enough. The place is good but it does not feels as comfy as other hotels. Is more business focused, more like a holiday inn.

The staff was very professional and helpful. They let us check in earlier so we could store our belongs instead of leaving our belongs in the car with this heat. Thank you

The clock power cord was broken, and I was not able to check the time in the room in the dark sleeping, and a couple of the power outlets were not working to charge the phones. The room had a bad smell.

Welcoming friendly front desk, ice cold a/c in room, comfy beds, good breakfast selection. Fresh coffee and cold drink 24/7 in lobby . Convenient for all locations. A quiet, clean, safe hotel.

All the employees were wonderful. We really loved that the room was cold when we got in, because it was so hot (100 degrees) outside. We got there 1 hr early and they were so nice to let us go ahead and check in, they said they had a room cleaned and available.

Room was cool which was perfect on a hot day, breakfast was awesome with good options.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the parking lot was a little sketchy at night with people hanging out in the parking late into the night.

Staff, friendly, attentive and helpful. Room, wonderful. This hotel was a combination of business, pleasure and hard working men and truckers. This meant hallways, entrances and exits were a bit dirty from those men not wiping feet, they were tired, but I bet if most were given an opportunity to have a boit/shoe cleaning station before entry they would use it.

The entrance to hotel is Super quirky...Better signs on road please!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good sized refrigerator, microwave worked well, and iron and ironing board available for use. Nice and different breakfast was served every morning.

Had trouble with the room door lock. Got a second set of keys and didn't solve problem. Problem must be with locking mechanism.

I liked the bathroom and the beds/pillows. Temperature control was very good. We were just very comfortable there.

Price was lower after we already booked room. Would have liked a lower price.

Like the location. Been using this hotel for years. Like the Complementary breakfast in the morning. Use this hotel on selma cause it’s closer to the location i need to shop or go to new braunfel cause don’t like staying in San Antonio because of traffic. Here in and out. Thank you.
