Room was a good size and beds were very comfortable. The waffles & coffee were good...the eggs weren't our favorite. We didn't enjoy the pool but wish we had. We went down to check it out and found it was in a nice clean indoor area and the water was heated.

I didn't like having to go outside to get to the pool area. It is not connected to the lobby at all and we found that odd. I suppose it's for safety reasons but we didn't want to go outside after dark in our swimwear as it was very chilly outside in November. Our room was clean but the carpet in our room was a bit stained.

We’ve stayed at this location every year since the year it was built. (1998??) Sometimes several times a year. If we’re going to Tyler, my first step is to book this Comfort Suites. The breakfast is always very nice, with constant restocking and a very clean environment. The beds are fabulous. We need queen sized beds, not full sized, and that’s one reason this is our favorite brand. The indoor pool and hot tub have rescued many a vacation when icy winds or scorching heat made life outside miserable. The location is perfect.

We never have a complaint, but this year, the hot tub was permanently closed 😟, and to add insult to injury, they filled it in with concrete!!! There was even a little waterfall that flowed from the hot tub down into the pool… Thanks, Fauci. I’m just sure that’s the reason. But we’ll survive.

Every time I am there someone parks in all the electric car charging stations. For us who have no choice, it is important that we charge, especially if we have a long trip to make. This is why I choose this hotel and not any others. Last time I stayed, I had to park to charge in the fire lane. Very inconvenient. There should be signs that say you must be charging your vehicle to park in these spots.

We’ve stayed here previously. Slight changes have been made over the last couple of years. The location of the hotel is right near everything. We used there banquet room for an event and everything went well!!!

Reservation Issues Upon Arrival and Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast area was extremely cold which then caused the food to be cold as well. Also not a good selection to choose from and we went down about 8:15am.

Excellent staff, especially the night person. Location is good & the hotel is clean & well maintained. It's an older facility but is certainly nice.

The pool area could use an upgrade. Lighting was very poor. Pool itself was well kept & clean but it's surroundings need work. Also needs new furniture out there.

It was close to where my daughter-in-law was doing her training so we could walk to many storage and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly because we were there for two weeks. Another plus is that it was right by the walking trails so we got lovely walks for long distances every day

The only negative is that one night the staff would not take care of people who were in the room above us allowing their children to run wild at 1 AM. They offered to move us instead of asking them to respect the other patrons. I thought that was unprofessional but it only happened one night.

Stayed in a handicap room and it was soo big and I loved the bathroom/shower. I didn't have to worry about accidently running into things or walls cause the room was big and spacious. Breakfast was awesome and very good.

Only complaint was I had some trouble getting out of the shower and transfer back into my powerchair. Suggestion of putting one grab bar (vertical) right at the edge of the shower up by the counter so it'd be easier to grab and pull oneself up and out of the shower enough to transfer over to powerchair.

The office staff were very accommodating to our needs to work to check us in early to ready for UT Tyler graduation as well as to immediately attend to a TV issue. The gentleman responsible for breakfast was very attentive in ensuring breakfast items were restocked as needed and cleaning the area.

The room had 2 queen beds that we needed; however, they (beds) are too high for short or elderly to climb into bed. We had our 92 year old Mom with us who had to climb into bed using an ottoman and worried she may fall when maneuvering in/out of bed. The room lighting could be improved in both the main suite as well as the bathroom as it is not conducive for women applying makeup and not good at all.

The space of the room. And the neds were very comfortable. Great movie channel's on the TV.

The elevator was a death trap waiting to happen. The breakfast was horrible, eggs were very bad, the orange juice was watered down.

we always stay here when in town. Beds are so comfortable.

the room we stayed in last was on the 1st floor. the a/c made a terrible noise and kept me awake all night. will request a different room next time if this occurs.
