The breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection of hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. There was also a good selection of fruit and muffins. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

The complimentary WIFI was not working. I can understand that happening, but it seems like if that happens, the property should discount the room rate by ten dollars or so. These days everyone expects and depends on wifi availability at places where they stay. Aside from that, this was a pleasant stay.

THe room and bath was clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

I didn't feel the breakfast was that good and enough to choose from. Having waffle iron would be nice to have and more choices of danishes and have white and chocolate milk available.

The staff were wonderful, especially the young lady at the front desk who checked us in/ out. My flight arrived much earlier than expected, and I was able to get into our room early. I was exhausted, so this was a great advantage. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The room we chose had a large sofa where we enjoyed some food (we ordered out/ picked up) and watched college football on the sofa... until we napped. The housekeeping staff were great. They didn't disturb us from sleeping in and got the room straightened up while we were visiting my boyfriend's grandfather. All in all it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

This is no fault of the hotel, but my lack of understanding of the area, the location was just a little further from things we needed than I had planned. BUT there is a Cleveland pizza co within walking distance, and that was a huge plus.

The breakfast was fantastic. Nice variety of food and drinks to choose from. The hours that breakfast was available was very accommodating to our schedule. The location on the lower lever was convenient. The area was a nice size, able to accommodate a decent number of people comfortably. The breakfast area was very clean and nicely decorated.

My husband found the bed too firm and, therefore, uncomfortable.

The restaurant was amazing. The waitress was so funny (she was tiny, had tattoos, and said she had bartended at some dive bars before). She was absolutely great and paid attention to what we said. The room was beautiful.

The beds were not very comfortable. They were too hard. That was my only real complaint. Everything else was absolutely wonderful from check-in to check out.

The lobby and throughout the hotel were inviting, charming, and tastefully decorated. It brought us back in time. Breakfast was good; We could only utilize the breakfast area once during our stay. It was also welcoming. We loved the coffee set-up in the lobby area. Room service was great.

No Complaints

I loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast 😋 selection was on point.

They did provide a tv where you can stream from your phone's apps, such as Netflix, for example. Also, they didn't provide a hairdryer, and I wished their beds were queen instead of full size.

The living room was very nice. I spent most of my time in that room. I also liked having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The room was also clean. Staff members were also friendly.

The bed was not comfortable. It was very hard. I think in-room televisions are due for an upgrade. The TVs are small and there are no smart TV options. It would have been very helpful if I could have logged into my Netflix or YouTube accounts on the TV. At the price of the rooms, better TVs should be provided.

Hotel was convenient to where we needed to be and there were plenty of dining options. Spouse is an early riser, checked out the breakfast buffet (located in the lower level - accessible by elevator). Standard Buffett breakfast offerings. Staff was friendly.

One night stay…no complaints.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Nice roomy suites.

Beds were a bit hard. Desk staff doesn’t seem to like when you use Booking.com. She mentioned that two different times on different days. We tried to check out a day early (3 night stay) and she said we couldn’t because of booking.com. Called Booking who called the hotel for me and they said we could check out a day early but no refund.
