I don't know the book keepers name but she was absolutely great. I want to come back just to see her lol she exceeded my expectations of the staff. 20 out of 10 the best hotel employee I've ever experienced.

Our room was too small for the amount of people we had, but we made it work. :)

My reservation was threw booking.com, I had requested two rooms on the first floor, handicap. The hotel did not get that request, however I had called an hour after I said I would get there and found out my rooms were on the second floor, I told them that was not acceptable because we had people in wheelchair. The lady I talked to found me two rooms on first floor, one accommodated a wheelchair. Then the next morning the third room I had reserved for that day they up graded to add an extra bed and it was on the first floor. They were very helpful and thoughtful.

Not enough towels. Rooms were kinda small, except for the room that got upgraded on Saturday.

Location was great! Check in and check out were very easy. Food recommendations were spot on. Pool was great. Air conditioning worked great.

Bathroom light switches were outside the bathroom, shower head was too short (I'm 5'9" and it was below my nose).... that's really it.

I was very happy with how clean the room was. My husband and I didn’t have any problems with our room during our stay. The pool was nice and heated and in the morning the front desk did coffee and muffins which was very nice. The staff was great and I will be staying here again when I go back to cedar point.

The staff…. The ladies at the desk were awesome! Friendly i had a problem and they fixed it right away no problems or questions asked the next question goes with this answer

When We checked in and got our 2 rooms one was dirty the maid had not cleaned it but again as i said the ladies at the front desk fixed the problem promptly

Love people / staff and cleanliness and location. We felt safe and secure and loved our stay ❤️. We will be back and will tell our friends and family to come back and stay.

Everything. Great location, pool was great, the lady at the front desk that has been there for many years was absolutely wonderful, outgoing and very friendly. Great experience and we will return again in 2024. :)

it was close to cedar point. not too expensive. we were expecting very little. no bugs or anything like that clean for the most part. the employess couldn’t be any nicer. incredible people. worthy of a raise!

outside looks a tad sketchy. no chain lock.

Location was close to a lot of stuff like stores which was good for buying food. The parking was very spacious as well.

There was a hole in the wall that looked liked it might have been from a punch but we understood that obviously the staff can't help that.

Nice pool, convenient close to cedar point. Not far from restaurants. I read that on reviews place needed be updated well it is being updated. Other than a new mattress the room look really good.

Needed a new mattress.
