The staff upon arrival and throughout were very nice and welcoming. Beds were comfy. Overall the little studio had everything we needed. We didn’t take advantage of the stove or other amenities in the room, but they did have a large fridge, two burner stove, microwave, iron, bathtub. Great water pressure…

One of the biggest disappointment was the pool. We really only stayed here bc of the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was “broken” but was not drained so we almost got in, the very dirty water. There is no bathroom or toilet adjacent to the pool so you can imagine what people do when they need to use the restroom. Esther was dirty also.

Good location tucked away on a quiet street and still near shopping and restaurants and gas stations. Very good option for groups, families or businesses needing a suite with a kitchen and full fridge. All dishes and utensils are included and a dishwasher, microwave oven, full size fridge and a cooktop with two burners. Modern decor in each suite and a good breakfast seating area with additional seating in a side room and outside. Televisions in the living room and bedroom. Convenient hangars for the bedroom closet and one extra closet in the living room. Nice shelves for the bathroom area sink. Lots of plugs for devices. Pool and jacuzzi are properly enclosed for safety with plenty of separate towels and a basketball court. Gym is always available. Overnight guard monitors property. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Worth considering for another trip in the area. Breakfast options are rotated which is good. Some of the basics at breakfast are typical of a hotel setting.

Old key card system -- UGH!!! It's the single most frustrating thing about the entire property. Extremely annoying to have to slide card in multiple times to enter exterior or room. Change to a better and more efficient system. Price is understandable given the features offered but still a little expensive. Kitchen area wall at sink needs a simple bumper to keep the cabinet handle quiet when it bangs against the wall. Cabinet is spring loaded and automatically opens all the way to the wall.

The room was like being in a small flat with all the necessary facilities to cook your own meals if you wanted. Great pool with loungers to sit on. It’s in a quiet area of town but convenient for the highway. A big shopping mall close by with a fantastic restaurant called the Back Yard where they have over 130 different beers. Staff were very helpful. It’s close to Sequoia National Park however you need to check access through the park which is currently very restrictive.

Only one minor issue and that was the size of the bed. We chose a Queen size when booking which is the equivalent of a double in UK. King size in USA is what we know as a Queen size. Our mistake.

Enjoyed my stay, breakfast repetitive still ok, staff brilliant & friendly particularly breakfast staff. Room clean but will not clean unless ask which we thought is on regular 3rd day intervals. Nevertheless comfortable & sufficient to our needs. One thing though carpet needs changing in my opinion. Overall a pleasant, comfortable place to stay.

Carpet looks old & worn. Some guest smoking weed wafting along the corridors quite worrying in case they come out & meet them & they are on "high" & misbehaving. If they do want to smoke pls tell do not come out of their room for safety of other guest.

very clean and nice. outside and inside of the property is very nice. good breakfast!! scrambled eggs. potato’s. sausage. fruit variety. bagels. toast. croissants. cereal. good coffee. orange juice. Apple juice. yogurt cups. muffins ! a good breakfast we are pleased as a family. room is very nice and cozy. beds comfortable not bad. we have no complaints other than the check in time being so late it seemed. 4pm? extra 10-30$ cost to Check in early. but overall wonderful stay. beautiful hotel

Excellent breakfast. Perhaps the best free breakfast and a hotel I have eaten. The food was hot and it and the coffee were tasty. We ate two mornlings in a row and the food offered changed pleasantly for those two days. Lots of variety.

The card key for the doors entering the building were temperamental and it took me two days to learn that you needed to insert them and pull them out quickly rather than wait for the door to click, signaling that it had opened.

very cleaned and very well kept grounds. overall, no complaints whatsoever. breakfast, wasn’t so bad at all. they have some good healthy choices in my opinion. the little fitness gym area was well kept and clean. Also, I like that this place has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, on their TV incase you get tired of just watching regular TV channels. and that makes does it for me , I really enjoyed that as well.

overall, complaints at all. Just the school buses took over some parking areas seemed like all around the facility. but, that seems to it only.

rooms were very nice and comfortable, large refrigerator a plus and nice kitchen. breakfast had a large selection of everything!

parking for guest was very difficult because there were yellow buses using all the parking spaces, These should be accessible to the paying hotel guests. if the buses were gone during the day, then they would put orange & yellow cones to save the parking space for later when they came back. no packing spaces for guests unless you parked in the way back of property and hiked in! Entry doors were far away from where you found a parking space!

We love this place and the fact that you can cook. The staff are nice and efficient. The housekeeping staff are polite and friendly. I also love the fact that the pool is now open for guests so families get to beat the summer heat especially during this God-awful heatwave. The to-go breakfast is also more than sufficient to fill you up. And it's very healthy too as they always include a fruit, yogurt, and nutri-bar.

Breakfast, location, room size and cleanliness were excellent.

1) The heavy glass internal shower door was off of its lower track and was too dangerous to manually adjust. 2) The bathroom sink drain stopper was not working properly and needs to be adjusted. 3) The key card did not work well for the building but worked fine for the room (partially demagnetized?). This was frustrating when entering or returning to the building we stayed in.
