I liked everything. I went through booking.com and I didn't know about the holding fee. I found out when I got to the desk to check in. It should probably be mentioned on the booking app. Not really a big deal. I live in my car so my stay was great but some people may only have the amount shown on booking and if they don't know about the deposite and there is no refunds it may be bad for someone like me. I just wanted a night with a bathroom and bed. Lot of people that live in their vehicles do the hotel thing when they can.

Everything was nice and clean from the time I arrived, to the time I checked out. The quality is definitely there!

I’m not sure if there’s anything I didn’t like.

I liked the room & all the extras like: the fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board & the blow dryer too! The breakfast was great. The receptionist was the best Carrenna, she helped us out with a lot, she was so polite & answered all of our questions. Carrenna is a great asset for your company, she is GREAT with people.

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like, other then you don’t have room service. I don’t know if you didn’t because of COVID-19 or if you never have room service.

the property was clean and peaceful, my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and the chocolate milk for breakfast. the front desk guy, I think his name is roger was very nice and helpful.

the pool could’ve been cleaner and there were 2 dead roaches inside of our closet. we also only received one body towel.

The hotel had excellent service. The room & services were great. Breakfast was good & dining services were pleasant and inviting.

The facility was clean and the staff were great. The room was plenty big enough for 5 of us!! The beds were definately comfortable.

The AC wasn't as cold as we would of liked but duable

Spacious room, like coming home, staff was very nice and welcoming. breakfast was great

Only complaint is when you shower the floor becomes a pool of water since they have no waterproof shower curtain. It’s an extremely thin, part sheer cloth curtain. Could be remedied with dollar store shower curtain.

Rooms are clean and comfortable always a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and reminded us about breakfast in the morning.

Can’t complain

Breakfast was just so-so, but the person who checked me in went above and beyond to answer my questions, and was very pleasant. Considering the price of other local hotels were more than double, I'm glad I was able to book there. It was a good experience.

It's a small thing, but yogurt and fresh fruit would be good at breakfast.

We spent time at the awesome pool area with out of town family!! The pool and jacuzzi were amazingly relaxing. The rooms were very nice size and had excellent parking.

The tub in the bathroom needed to be upgraded and there's hardly any hot water!😪
