The lady who checked me into my room was the sweetest lady I have come across in a while. Best customer service, she was caring and understanding, and went out of her way to make sure my stay was affordable, comfortable, and had everything I needed to settle down. She understood everything, and when I saw her more than once, each time she treated me like we had been friends for ages. I had recently just pust down my cat and needed a night to get away, and her customer service was everything to put a smile onto my face again! The room was overall very pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the facilities, but did purchase some snacks at the front desk and it was convenient that they were there. Also incredibly close to a pizza place!

The room needed another part to the shower, there was only a half door, proceeding to the floor getting soaked when I used it. There was no phone to contact the front desk if needed. Hard to open closet door. Floor felt very greasy when walking on it.

I think this was an old Travelodge, but they're really working hard on fixing it up. My room was perfectly clean. No issues at all. The onsite bar/restaurant was hopping, and the waitstaff was awesome. The pool looked newly renovated and wasn't freezing cold. Mine was a brief stay with an early flight, so I didn't get to the fitness center or had breakfast.

I just wish it was the tiniest bit closer to the airport. You will pay like $30-40 to the airport with an Uber from here, but it's much more worth it to have the pool and not pay like $300 at the Sheraton in the airport. This hotel was much nicer, actually.

The outside of the hotel looked like an abandoned lot. Landscaping was below 0. Also upset that I asked for our beds to be made for us and it was not done. Paid a lot and felt we should have had our beds made and fresh linens delivered. Also upsetting that we had to pay extra $20 to check in 1 hour early because we were attending a wedding. We got absolutely no service at all!!! Shoukd not have had to pay extra when we couldn’t even had our beds made or fresh towels

It was a great stay. Put us in the wrong room at first, but changed it to accommodate our reservation. Handicap shower is quite hard to use. Seat is too far from handle and shower head. Especially for someone with only 1 leg. She couldn't do it. Also, still waiting on my deposit back.

the front desk agent was exceptional. He was kind , efficient and very helpful. pool was great. rooms were decent. Location was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was less than anticipated but still sufficient. over all we had a great experience and will return when in the area.

one of our rooms had a lingering cigarette smell. I do believe they cleaned it and tried their best but sadly the smell lingered. Breakfast left something to be desired.

Friendliness of the staff, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Loved that the room had a small balcony. The king size bed was comfortable and the pull out couch.

Didn't have a elevator. My room was on the second floor. Lucky for me I only had one luggage bag to carry.

Breakfast was overwhelmed by demand and ate cold pizza from previous evening instead. A bit of a drive to find food in the evening.

It appeared to have been recently renovated. The place was clean. The staff was nice. It was well insulated. I did not hear kids voices from all the families there.

Despite the recent renovation some destruction was still evident. The window in my room had been broken from the outside which I wouldn’t have noticed except for the edges being all uneven with broken glass. Evidently it was a multiple pane window. The room numbering system was very complex. Finding my room required assistance of the cleaning staff.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable. The pool looked nice. The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately the day we were there, there was a problem with the hot water. I imagine it is fixed by now. We booked this hotel while on a climbing trip so that we could take a hot shower and sleep in a bed. Getting to the hotel at 8pm cold and dirty it was a huge bummer to realize the shower and sink were not able to produce anything more than extremely lukewarm water. That was a bummer for us. The staff were nice about it, but couldn't do anything.

Restaurant, the food we had was excellent and the service couldn't be better. Friendly and helpful.

The exterior was in poor condition. The security doors were broken,the glass was cracked and doors had tape holding them together. We checked in at 7pm and employees weren't very interested in checking us in. The employee 5am check out was very nice and helpful.
