Beautiful location, reasonably priced, nice breakfast

Was a little uncomfortable with no security- multiple occasions I noticed people propping doors open to re- enter later. I wish there were surveillance cameras so personnel could have handled. Also, one family monopolized the deck and bbq area from 2:30-7:30, preventing anyone else from viewing the river from this location. Signs asking families to limit their times to a couple of hours so others might enjoy would be great. And finally, this NO PET hotel had a man sneaking his dog in the propped open door while covered in a sheet.

I loved that it was right in front of the river. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I didn’t like that we booked months in advance and was given a quote with the tax and fees and when we checked in we were told a different price and they would not change it.

Very welcoming, decorated for Halloween. Nice breakfast with a great variety. The beds comfy & river views from our room were awesome. The pool, hot tub clean & outback patio along river beautiful. Even the train rolling thru blowing his whistle in the middle of the night was cool.

Having to go to the hotel across the street for ice inconvenient but manageable considering the remodel. Overall great place.

we stayed 2 days, and our key cards would always turn off. We had to repeatedly go to the front desk and get them reactivated. There was even a time I had to wait over 5 minutes before there was no one at the front desk. It got very frustrating.

The bed was soft and firm, the breakfast in the morning was perfect, the room was neat and clean, had a small fridge and microwave, coffee machine and was very comfortable, the room also provided a small safe for personal items. The front desk staff were kind, informative and very personable and really helped us out.

The elevator was under repair. That was the only thing that we did not like as our room was on the 3rd floor.

Loved the river view & river walk. I'll be staying there again. My new favorite place for my Glenwood Springs vacation 👍

The location was perfect, it had great views of glenwood and the mountains.

It smelt like tar due to repairs outside, and our room key had issues.

Our room was very clean and had a great view of the river. The staff was very respectful and straight forward. The bed was comfortable for one night and had very soft covers. Perfect stay for a night or two.

Nothing crazy to complain about. The other guests stayed up later than normal, but it was a holiday weekend. Rowdy kids here and there. Overall nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel at this rate.

Had availability of July 4th weekend

Checking in and paying was a bit confusing. I had PAID for room and brought in my credit card statement to show that completed transaction, and front desk could not grasp that fact. Everything worked out, but there was a lot of confusion that took place.

We arrived early for breakfast and it was very good. Some people who came in later (but not unusually late) were unhappy because some items ran out. The location by the river was beautiful.

One of our two room “key” cards didn’t work.
