I loved that it wasn’t too far from the attractions. we drove there so everything was less than 15 minutes away! I also liked that our rooms were nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

I wish the outside reflected the inside. The rooms are nice and clean the outside should resemble! I’m sure more people would love to stay there if it was more modernized!

Very good for traveling with kids, a bit off the noisy Strip, but still very convenient. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is quite new and clean, also excellent sound proof: there are frequent airplanes, but in the rooms can't hear them, neither the traffic. Some of the reception stuff was quite rude and not helpful, also often there is no one at the desk, so people are left to wait. Cleaning stuff finished early, won't clean your room until the next day. It's certainly not a resort, but for this price its a good value and comfortable. The pool is cold and wasn't cleaned, but the cabanas were comfortable. Wifi was available only in one area of the room, but we didn't mind

place was recently renovated and is really clean and nice. it’s great value for what you get. rooms are closer to suits then standard rooms

None of the doors in the suite would stay closed or lock properly. they still us old style keycards that stop working if they’ve been next to your phone.

Room was exactly what I booked, looked nice and fair for the money. Property was decent. We changed it 2 times as we wanted a different room and they were ok with this and we really appreciated.

I did not like that smoking is not permitted on a terrace or in the yard. Pool was very dirty. The windows were very dirty.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Getting food or drinks is very conveniently located from the hotel and within walking distance, even in the heat. Other than going to the strip, we walked everywhere else. You could walk to the strip also, but it was so hot we chose not to.

The outside around the hotel is a little run down. The back parking area is pretty torn up. There was a number of shady people who liked like they were up to no good hanging around the parking lot. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel without my husband, but no one bothered us at all.

Everything was beautiful in the room the only thing that I would have added was a microwave. The staff was amazing when I checked in she already had my room ready even though I told her that I wasn't going to be arriving until maybe like 3:00 I ended up getting there at about 1:00 in my room is already ready. Even the discrepancy with the keys not working for the room she sent over security and they were able to provide me with new keys and get me into my room so it wasn't an issue at all. I was very pleased with how they were able to take care of me and add another day for me with no issues I was able to do it through booking.com, so them having a contract with you guys makes checking in adding a day whatever the case may be absolutely flawless and I am very appreciative as a customer.

As I stated before I didn't really have any issues the only thing that like I said I would add is a microwave but the bathroom was beautiful the bed was comfortable the lighting was great I didn't have any issues. Oh I would recommend though aside from the microwave if there could be some type of music channels provided I did not see that as an option I don't know what service they have or if that's even something to consider but seeing as I am a music head I'm not being able to turn the TV on and just you know listen to some jams not conducive. However with everything being so great I just turned on my phone and attached it to my speaker and everything was cool from there so no fault of Serene or any of their employees they were amazing.

I enjoyed the room itself, the bed, and the shower. I also loved the refrigerator the design was very beautiful and it was tucked away behind the cabinet door so you didn't even know it was there.

I didn't like that I couldn't get straight to my room through the other access doors look like they had just cut off the access and only allowed to go through the main entrance which led all the way to the back of the resort however it was a little inconvenient. I also didn't like the fact that there wasn't a microwave there was a refrigerator and a king suite but no microwave so if that could be added that would be great in completion to the room. Aside from that staff was friendly security was friendly and I had a very pleasant day.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The rooms were large and the air conditioning was strong. We had a group of 8 in town for EDC and the hotel allowed us to park our RV and allowed us to enjoy the pool well after check out. We all had an amazing experience and all of us will be back any time we visit Las Vegas.

There was some obvious work to be done in some areas of the hotel, paint was peeling, bedding was on the side walks, music was not playing at the pool. Honestly for our group we enjoyed the silence before a long weekend of raving but if you want my opinion, it would add to the comfortable atmosphere you already have going on there.

Front desk was very kind and helpful.

The AC did not work in the bedroom. We called after trying multiple times to get it to work. The guy comes in presses the buttons on the remote. And says…. “It doesn’t work” I said yes sir, that’s why we called for maintenance. Just told us there’s nothing he can do.
