When you arrive to the hotel the staff is very nice and welcoming. The entrance is very clean nice decor. I liked that we had a window view room. The airport is nearby so the view was amazing at night looking at the planes if you are traveling with little ones, it's a bonus. Distance to downtown area is about 15-20mins even with traffic.

The pillowcases and sheets had some stains didn't appear 100% clean. The bathroom had stains inside the tub and in the corners beside the toilet, also the doors needs to be repainted. They had extreme number of marks on the doors like someone wrote on them.

Breakfast is about what we expected. Several options. Timely setted up. We booked becauae we missed flight connection. So it is close to airport. The driver of the shuttle did not arrive at 6 am, and the best ADRIAN in the front desk took care of us and paid an uber on his account as we did not have an acct and we were on stress to miss our flight again. The best of our stay was ADRIAN. On his second day of work. Excellent customer service.

We booked two rooms - they were joined together. Served the purpose of a good night's sleep, breakfast and quick ride to the airport. Having turkey vs. pork sausage is always a winner! Thank you!

The location is great when flying out early. The hotel is well equipped.

This is my go-to hotel when flying out from Atlanta. The cleanliness of the facility has gone downhill. I found hair and pieces of used soap in the shower. The sheets didn’t feel like they’d been washed, and I detected an odor on my pillow that wasn’t mine.

Overall the hotel is pretty good shape, breakfast was full of choices , room cleanness was okay once they were made

That I arrived around 9:30 pm and they gave me room 313 and it was wasn't made , pillowsin the floor, no sheets, It was not ready and they have it in the front desk as ready to go.

Adequate breakfast selection. Very comfortable bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Despite their own airport shuttle being down at present they were able to organise me one with another hotel’s service free of charge. I managed to check in early after a very early morning flight which was greatly appreciated. 12o’clock check out was great as it gave me time to eat and pack in the morning without stressing.

Corridors smelt occasionally of Marijuana. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice to see if I had checked out yet- surely they could have just checked with the front desk which rooms were still occupied.

It was my 2nd stay. My only complaint there's no Jacuzzi. I did arrive till 2am. The girl working Thursday morning at at 2am. Helped get me picked up from airport. Next morning Éric took me to Routes Car rental and explained to best way return my car and get back to the hôtel. When I said Éric at the agency they said any friend of Erics was the Reason they helped. APRILfront Desk, Kendra cleaning,and Jewel. And the Lady working h Sept 1 at 2 am. Are the Reason I'll stay again

I am disappointed in the cleanliness. In their policy, you will be charged $250 for smoking on the property but someone was there smoking marijuana in the elevator. I don’t know if they were part of the staff or not. Either way this is a problem. The biggest problem I had was bedbugs in room 408. I was awaken from something crawling on me. After turning on the lights, I found a bedbug on my sheets and several bites around my neck and arms. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I feel if you are open to the public, then you should make sure there is no extra unnecessary problems for guests.

Room was comfortable and very clean, Bed was very comfy and the TV worked fine. Internet was prompt and quick. Check in and check out were flawless and quick. Overall great experience.

Lighting a bit closer to the bathroom mirrors would have been nice for easier shaving, Otherwise all was well in the bathroom, Great shower and lots of hot water.

pleasant desk clerk on arrival who found one of the few king size beds, as almost all are large double beds Good comfort for the price Nice to have a free bus to the airport and a couple or restaurants near at other hotels
