The breakfast was nice, but the service was better. The front desk person gave me a tray to help me bring my kids food. I didn't ask for one or know that was available to me. She was very proactive in her customer service.

Nothing really. I guess the price was a bit high and there was a lot of non refundable payments. However I would still choose this location because of how well I was treated by staff and the overall atmosphere and comfortability of the hotel.

Breakfast was nice very well displayed. Convenient to our needs with the kids. Pool area and lounging area outside the pool area was also nice and Convenient. Shopping and Restaurants are within a great distance.

The beds was a little on the very firm side. Our room wasn't swept or vacuum. Other than that nice. We did have nice clean linen and towels and sheet

We received a phone call from front desk about 30 minutes after check in, to see if everything was good. That was a wonderful surprise 😍 Hospitality from everyone was top notch! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, too.

I really have nothing negative to say!!♥️ We truly enjoyed our stay.

between midnight and 1 am motorcycles in the adjacent service station were racing to and from the area, revving engines, starting and stopping at high speeds - off and on for nearly an hour, the front desk area would have heard but apparently did nothing to alleviate situation- or apparently did not contact police initially

WAS CLEAN , STAFF WAS EXCELLENT ,THEY ALWAYS ARE , WE STAY AT UR LOCATION WHEN WE DROP OFF OR PICK OUR DAUGHTER UP AT COLLEGE , PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH ,I DID GO THRU BOOKING , MAYBE THATS WHY, IT WAS CHEAPER WHEN WE STAYED IN THE PAST , AND WHEN U GOING AS FAR AS WE NEED TO , A GOOD PRICE POINT HELPS ALLOT

Not much seating for breakfast, had to wait for luggage cart because there's only a few and pet deposit too steep

Didn't eat breakfast had to get to campus for special Olympics

The pool could of been open all night so people could swim after traveling a far distance

Small room was surprising for a Hampton. Breakfast is still covid limited after most hotels are back to normal. The box has a pair of hardest boiled eggs I've ever seen, and they ran out of OJ both days.
