The place was amazing in the location and the staff went above and beyond.

My only issue was the lack of microwave and fridge in the basic rooms. I had no choice but to upgrade to a "suite" as I had already paid a nonrefundable fare. The wifi was ridiculously slow or non existent, the cold hard floor was awful too. And the tv was tiny for a suite.

Breakfast was beyond amazing and the pool area it’s really nice

Everything was excellent! The hotel is newer and comfortable. The breakfast is included and its good: coffee, fruits, juices, bread, cereal and milk, yogurt. Very clean!

I liked the room. The breakfast was okay.

The parking lot was full at night but they told us where to park. The exit is a little dangerous.

the spaces and the room size is great, the pool setting is perfect and comfortable, people its very nice

Location in San Pedro - Valle Oriente is great

Breakfast is basic, very few options: yogurth, 2-3 fruits, scrambled eggs.

Rooms were nice, friendly staff, good price for quality. A very nice surprise that the hotel has roof acess, beautiful view on the city

Cleanliness of the room and the hotel.

WiFi signal is very bad, at room 314 we were unable to connect.
