The pool and pool bar were nice. Clean room and facilities. Aircon worked well. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Would have preferred an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got as we just came from Venice and paid 15 euro for breakfast and there was bigger facilities and more options.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast . Very clean and well presented .Staff were excellent .

here could have more facilities like toiletries ,cups and spoons for hot beverages in room.

Breakfast was excellent. An excellent selection of food and beverages. The hotel is outside the city wall but only a straight 10 minute walk from the centre. We knew this before arrival and it suited us better. The rooftop bar and pool was a great spot.

No issues with anything but we would have liked a box of tissues in the bathroom.

Our superior room was very clean and a good size. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a real asset.

Only issue was a 20 minute walk to the lakeside but this was minor in comparison to the hotel facilities on offer.

If to say one thing then located. In the best case we stay a little bit closer. But it was fine good for stay in shape after all pizza and pasta

staff at the reception welcoming, helpful as we arrive early. Parking was easy which is one of the plus point for this hotel. The breakfast had plenty of choice, very good quality. my husband especially loved yiur eggs and bacon.

We had a little trouble with the bed linen, too complicated . A little piece of furniture next to the washbasin in the large bathroom we had would be helpful to put our washing kits.

The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The pool barman was a special person. The hotel was spotless clean. Right next door to train station overall fantastic

Hotel Como is nice place, just a short walk from the old town. Friendly staff and breakfast was good. Hotel was clean, room spacious. Pool and the poolbar was nice! We enjoyed our stay!
