Location and Mall just right next to the hotel. Direct Entrance.

Bed not as good as my expected. (Before pandemic we stayed several times in this hotel maybe that time the bed still quiet New).

All the staff hotel were super friendly and accommodating They managed to had a very high standard healthy protocol during this pandemic. Broad selection of breakfast menu was another thing I like about it on TOP of the strategic location that make your life easy to explore the city. Overall is impressive and thanks for the services Definitely will come back when I visit Medan

the room is quite spacious the receptionist is friendly and my room directly faces the view of the city of Medan
