Had another fine stay at Santika. This hotel is first class, and the staff is world class 🏆.

Confusing to hold a confirmed reservation, but be informed that it will be automatically cancelled if not reconfirmed 24 hours before arrival. What if guests are without wifi and do not receive this message??? (Well, I’ll come back next time I’m Medan anyway).

Not enough iron for the rooms. Some food served during breakfast was not to my liking. However, it could be the way the local serve it. It is fine. No problem. There are other foods that were good.

I had an excellent stay at Santika. Super serviceminded world class staff. Nice and clean room, free bottles of water every day, facilities to make tea/coffee and a fridge in the room, comfy bed, well working wifi. Breakfast deliscious and variated. Thank you Santika, see you next time in Medan…

This is a well presented five star convention hotel in the heart of the city. Professional staff and high quality fittings. The business lounge on the 10th floor is a bonus.

As a remnant of COVID-19 unfortunately the excellent Spa and poolside facility was not operating. On another note and by comparison with nearby properties, perhaps an upgrade to larger TV'S in the superior rooms may be overdue.

Location is good but traffic issue. Great Breakfast spreads but the fried mee and lontong were salty. Room was fine except noisy with children running around . Customer service was excellent and special shout to Roy, Duty Manager provided extra mile service and it could be better! Kudos to Santika for having awesome staff.

The restaurant was opened for breakfast but not for dinner.

Minor quibble but the front desk was badly understaffed at 9am checkout- only one employee to handle 6 customers. It may have been a momentary thing, but management should be aware that this is a peak time and should be staffed accordingly

Breakfast was really good. We like to have fruit, muesli, yogurt, with eggs and nice bread. There were other Indonesian options.

Noisy upstairs room, we could hear sounds of high heel shoes, and furniture moving. We were in room 1106

Breakfast feels like in restaurant, there's a waiter that pour as coffee or tea, and some of the main menu is prepared by the chef upon request

Friendly Staff, great location makes you feel welcome, I had a early morning flight to catch and to my surprise they arrange brakfast to my room at 4 in the morning, win my heart ❤️.

May be a shuttle service to nearby malls.
