We have been there for four night, on event there. The room is ok, bead is realy small as it say on description, so if you want confor pick room with biger beed. There are coffie and tea in room but only one glass for two people each day, one toilet paper, empty shower gel and regenerator ( I could ask but in hillton hotel I think this is no excuse) Bigest problem is water preashure, but I hear from other guests they had same problem, I was first time in england so I do not know if this is normal or not. Alloso water is not that hot, and we were here at the end of february and room was coold, no heating only heated place in hotel was reception. If you take half board booking you need to be shure they treat your booking as that, and that doesent meen that you will have bufe diner but you go in restaurant make shure that you say that you have half board included and they you can spend 25 pounds per person from the menu but pay the drink. Breakfast is ok noething special but will get you going, not the worst we had but defenetly no where close to the best. People are ok, they are tryng to help and bee there for you But all together for that price and name Hilton it is realy not. For some no name two, tree star hotel by the road will bee ok. For this price and name need much more as it is in other Hilton hotels. We were here on busines so we did not care for all that, but will not recomend or come there again just for relaxing.

The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly

I stayed in room 257, which backs on to a Plant room. Every 30 minutes through the night the pumps in the plant room cycle for 30/40 seconds. The sound was vibrating through the wall and the head board of the bed. This room should not be used for guests, last time I stayed at this hotel I was on the Mezzanine faced the road outside and all night I was kept awake by road noise, When I checked in I explained this to the reception staff, so they ensured I was away from the road and ended up somewhere worst. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Wa wanted to visit Warner Bros Studio Harry Potter, it was just a 20 min trip so it was great! The trip to London was longer but nothing we couldn’t handle. We haven’t expected much because some reviews weren’t so good but we were nicely surprised. Staff was great, breakfast was very good, dinner as well, enough parking spaces…

We missed some drawers in the room, there was one wardrobe with hangers but no drawers so it was a little bit difficult with four people. We could also use more hooks in the bathroom (there were just two small hooks for four big towels)

i must recommend the staff called MOHAMMED. he is a very great staff, a very good person i observed how he attended to all guest so polite, hardworking, patient, always wanting guest to be happy, because of him i will always use double tree elstree whenever i am in london. when he knew we were the couple having our wedding, he made sure me and my husband were comfortable, is it the free champagne in the room, the roses, all the free complimentary he added to my room he made me very happy i cried tears of joy. he is a great asset for the company

nothing everything was great

I stayed here with my daughter, i didn't want to lug my luggage and child onto a train. Therefore, I opted to drive to London and chose this hotel. Great location not far from the M1, great for commuting into London. The train takes about 20 minutes. The tube station is also nearby, which takes 30 mins. The hotel has parking, which is a bonus. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfy. We had room service for breakfast, which was excellent.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff, especially Jasmine went above and beyond for us! I can’t commend them enough for their dedication to their Employer. The room was ideal for us (3 adults). Shower was also amazing! The towels were replenished every morning on request. The interior of the hotel is up to date. The selection of breakfast was great, we could not fault the food quality or selection. We would absolutely stay here again without a shadow of a doubt. The property was slightly out of Borehamwood, 15-20 minute walk but the hotel were always very happy to have a taxi organised for us.

The price of the breakfast was on the higher scale of things (£17.50) which we found a little overpriced however, the selection and quality of the food was up to par. There was also a spin the wheel at reception with the chance to win a gift/discount/ free drink etc however we were informed that this was for Hilton Honour Top Tier guests only which was slightly disappointing. It would be great to have this for everyone to take part. It would be a great addition for guests.

Modern and renovated rooms and main lobby. Friendly and helpful reception desk. They helped me twice during my stay. Good selection of tea available in the room. Close to Luton Airport by car. Available parking if you have a car.

Not the best design of bathroom - mirror located very far from sink edge and too tiny basin tap for such a big sink. The area between the main lobby and the rooms - needs renovation. When you have a car then its easy to get to the hotel, when you dont then there is a problem - a 15 mins walk from the nearest available bus stop.

💚 The room was in a good size 💚 The mattress was very comfortable (I have extreme disc problem and always worried about the bed as I prefer firm one which in this stay it was one of the best) 💚 The toilet and shower was very clean 💚 Happy to change the room straight away for us by the receptionist following my little baby found a tablet and put it on her mouth. She probably found it from the most hidden place however the staff was very helpful changing our room. 💚 Very kind birthday surprise cake slide for our little one in the morning at our breakfast table and at night when we returned to our room. 💚 All the staff were very kind and hospitable

🖋️The toilet didn’t had any fan, so improving ventilation or having sprays and scents can be helpful. 🖋️Maybe extra check when hoovering the room specifically if the guest has a baby who might crawl on the floor.

Spacious and modern entrance and restaurant area. Clean and well ventilated. Nice room, comfy bed,tasty biscuit. Nice Christmas decor and photos linked to Elstree studios. Parking directly outside. Near studios for Strictly. Good breakfast.

Noise of traffic but we knew that when we booked. No fridge in room but hadn’t checked, poor lighting for doing make up, poor water pressure but probably a green measure which I applaud.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. The welcome cookies and the provision of tea etc was very good. House keeping is very good too Complimentary coffee when leaving Excellent customer service at the reception

The bathroom needs to be updated. Maintenance should be up scaled too. No drinking water in the room. Shower closet was too small. Room service food finished at 9pm . Only a few dishes was remaining.
