The service was amazing , I really love the style of the hotel,felt Like I was back in 1989 but in a good way, the decor was classical the service was also classic old worldly. I absolutely loved it Special mention to Abby from the kitchen she is absolutely amazing , her service was so special , she was so kind attentive just overall great Another one was Douglas so professional with a hint of humor, he kept my kids in stitches from laughing, very informative about the area. Well rounded and just amazing person Carol from customer service made sure to find out how our stay is and if we needed anything and if we were satisfied. Nothing everything was great

We absolutely loved the beautiful nature around the hotel. The staff were amazing, so warm and friendly. The view of the Falls from our room was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfortable, towels great and breakfast fantastic.

Everyone talks about the hotel bathrooms being tired. I must be the fussiest person when it comes to bathrooms. Yes, I agree, they need an upgrade but the water pressure was great on the shower, lots of hot water, fresh nice towels and everything worked. I’d take this little inconvenience anytime to stay at this hotel in the magnificent grounds.

Smiles from the staff, always. Nothing was too much trouble. A comfortable bed, lots of hot water for a decent shower and a huge choice of hot options, pastries etc. for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we could see the spray from the Falls from our room but were not bothered by the noise of the many helicopters closer to the Falls. Shuttles into "town" on the hour with lovely aircon as it was hot and humid. Lots of options for outings in the area - the day trip to Chobe is a must.

The fact that we didn't stay longer!

Our stay at this resort was very pleasurable. The outlook over the falls is beautiful as are the surrounding grounds which were immaculate. The pool area is a bit out dated but still comfortable with ample loungers and shade. Our room was also outdated but very clean and comfortable. The bar area is very nice with a great outlook when sitting by the windows. The restaurant, including breakfast area, is lovely and airy. Food was great and staff were friendly and professional.

You just have to love everything about this resort! It is absolutely amazing. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The staff was exceptional, helpful in every possible way and extremely friendly. They made us feel at home. The room was always super clean and comfortable. The buffets were amazing. Really lovely food and drinks. The free bus shuttle that departs every hour is so handy! Special thanks to the drivers Jefita and Trymore, always on time to drive us back from town. Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

This hotel decorates African traditionally nice. It sections into different wings of buildings, which may perplex people if firstly arrived. But the room for each is neat. Picturesque exterior views.

Poor soundproof , could be noisy at night,cuz there’s an artificial fountain outside of the room, locates in the middle of the whole building. It keeps working all the time, accentuated during nighttime.

Wonderful staff! Could not ask for friendlier or more helpful service. Beautiful views of park,river and you can see the smoke from the Falls. Gorgeous! Free shuttle into town. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Bar is perfect spot for a drink before dinner and to watch the impala and warthog that come to graze on the lawn. Recommend!

Bathrooms could be updated. Be aware that the offer of a golf course tour to see animals comes with a request for donation. Pool closes too early.

To whom it may concern, We are 4 Canadians travelling together for the last 5 weeks. From March 4-8, we stayed at your resort. We used your free shuttle on several occasions. All drivers were nice but one was outstanding: Trymore. He was very patient and helpful. He even helped me from being attacked by an upset vervet monkey in front of Elephant Hills!😱We just want to express our happiness to have stayed at your resort. The employees at the restaurant were very nice and helpful as well. But Trymore was the favourite of all of us.

A bit outdated but we can not complained as the price was right.

The hotel staff at reception, guest relations and events management were very responsive and accommodating. The hotel offers seamless linkage to tour operators and activities around Victoria Falls. The airport shuttle service was great. The hotel rooms and grounds were very clean. The hotel offers free WIFI network which was reasonably fast. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend it and go back to Elephant Hills Resort!

There was no espresso coffee available at breakfast, and we were served with Nescafe, which of course is not the same thing! The bar had a limited variety of drinks available to serve from its menu.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, fairly clean. Enjoyed the balcony and its views. Lockbox for valuables. Stable internet and power. Fairly quiet. Great breakfast food options. Shuttle into town every hour on the hour is a big plus given the slightly distant location - including keeping good track of which guests were dropped where and making arrangements to pick you back up so you arent abandoned. Friendly staff too!

Watch out for the monkeys, they are brazen and are not afraid to approach you and enter the room from the balcony especially if you have something they like. Wish the breakfast coffee wasnt only Nescafe-based options (though staff were kind enough to make me some filter coffee without extra charge which was kind).
