Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool food was good too and evening dinner was excellent with good choices and plenty of options for all , including vegetarians . The local sights were all very good , the falls of course , the sunset cruise , Chobe National park .

There was some noisy work going on whilst renovating one of the pools whilst I was there . Helicopters are a constant noise . I didn’t like the fact that you get harassed by street sellers wherever you go . Also , every time you go to the falls or into the Nature park there’s a $50 Charge . But that’s the same for all the hotels there . But it Does make the trips expensive. A multi visit pass should be available.

Location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the national park entrance and the Lookout Cafe, which is outside the park and which does not require payment of the daily park fee. The hotel’s grounds are beautiful, with trees flowering in late October. The pool is small, but good for a cooling dip in hot weather. Cape buffalo were grazing right outside our room in the middle of the night.

The price point is very high.

Breakfast is not satisfactory and the organization also. It should start at 6.30 and it is not 100% ready until 7.15, so if you have something programmed at 7, you won’t have a proper breakfast. And nobody seemed preoccupied with that: “start with what is already on the table”!!! Also being so close to the falls, you have constantly helicopter over you and you cannot relax by the pool.

Loved everything about this place amazing food, staff very helpful. The lady in the tour bookings place booked everything for us and was amazing. The room was always cleaned and everything topped up every day. Animals out our room !! Awesome experience. Definitely value for $$ , 100% recommend this place

The guy that answered when I asked for room service was very rude and asked me to come get food in the restaurant as he was to busy to do room service. When I said no I'd like room service he then told me in a rude tone that it would be a very very long time as the restaurant was full. I totally didn't mind at all just didn't fell like eating in the restaurant and obviously it was full anyway!!! ( food didn't take that long at all)

1. Excellent location & very well furnished with lush greeneries on all side. 2. Very spacious well laid out room & bathroom 3. Extremely helpful staff & very polite behaviour. They even helped me co-ordinate with my airlines for lost luggage. 4. A very efficient activities division - They arranged Hwange day trip for me as a single person & negotiated a good price. 5. Airport transfers are smooth & very well co-ordinated. 6. Well stocked minibar. 7. Decent breakfast

1. Restaurant menu spread could be better (It’s good but more options would help) 2. A bit more lighting in the room would help. 3. Internet connection is patchy & drops often. Speed medium. 4. Hot breakfast option needs improvement.

The breakfast was good. The location is perfect! It is less than a km walk from the hotel to the Victoria Falls entrance. It close to the Lookout Cafe which has a view of the bridge and some activities at the Victoria Falls.

I don't like carpet, so what I did not like in the rooms was the carpet. I suffer from sinus and I would have liked the rooms to be wooden flooring or tilled.

Lovely hotel, great location within walking distance of the falls.

A relatively small point but For a high end property we were a little disappointed with how the rooms were equipped. The room itself was lovely but there were no bathrobes, no slippers, no hair conditioner, no tissues, just one towel each. It felt like these items are expected with a hotel charging this amount a night.

Location is a walking distance from the falls, very nicely design hotel. You can hear the falls and see the mist. The nice location allowed us to go back to the room midday to take a break.

The location is excellent, walking distance to Victoria Falls, also 2real ale bars/restaurant close by.

The only negative is that you get hassled continually by the local men wanting you to buy their goods which they are selling. you say No then another man approaches. Although, I never felt threatened it was just annoying.

Location was great! Very close to shops and tour operators. Walking distance to the vic falls. Big rooms and bathrooms. Peaceful sleep and doom provided for mosquitoes.

Not very big and not many things to do within hotel. Lots of activities offered around hotel at a fee.
