Clean and in a good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of town. Room was quiet and wifi reasonable (dropped out sometimes, and not super fast, but worked well enough). Breakfast was excellent - a buffet with eggs, meat, bread, pastries, fruit, cereals, etc. Overall, it was great value.

Parking was just street parking outside the hotel, which wasn’t always available. We were given a twin room when we had booked a double. No significant issues.

Jimmy is one of the nicest host we ever met. He asked every day if we needed something and I know he would solve every problem, but there was no problem at all. The room is spacious, bathroom is good sized even with bidet. The hotel is cleaned every day and the breakfast hall is beautiful and has good selection of food. Very good value for money. From the hotel in 10 minutes you can be in the old town.

All in all it is a very good value for money but can't be called as a 4 stars hotel. We don't really mind it as the hospitality of the stuff gave us everything that was missing between those two stars but if someone expects 4 stars experience this place will not offer that even if it is close to it.

Hotel located near to Bulevardi Republika, great localization. Room was rather clean, bed was comfortable. Good air conditioning and fridge. Breakfast was okay but at 9.00 ot of few products. I recommend it for short stay.

They smoke everywhere even on reception desk. Cigarette smell everyvhere. Also staff show us parking across the street on construction site. In the mornig car was whole spashed with dust and cement... have to wash it fast.

The hotel went out of its way to make our stay very comfortable. We were provided with complimentary bottled water, not to mention a special Albanian cake for our breakfast.

Not a complaint but we had to climb 2 flight of stairs to our room.

Perfect location near the city center, everything is accessible by foot. Enough parking spaces reserved for the hotel, it’s easy to park your car.

Our room (101) was noisy. The window was a bit old, and between the window and the wall there was a space so we could hear everything from the street.

Clean well appointed rooms. Front staff pleasant and helpful (more in Italian than English). Good breakfast.

Very slow wifi. Located out of the historic centre though a short walk. No shower curtain and bathroom could do with a lifting. No chair to sit at small desk.

Berat is a very dynamic and friendly city. This hotel is 4 min away from the town city. The staff is absolutely lovely and the customer service perfect 🥰 I loved everything about this trip.

The room was a bit small for two people but not that exaggerated.

Location was great near the Promenade and within walking distance from the Old town. Breakfast was very good. I ate dinner two times in hotel and food was really delicious.

There was not a fridge and water boiler as advertised.

What I liked most is that the people in the hotel were very friendly, that the rooms were good with a powerful air-conditioning. With breakfast there was a good variety and the location was perfect.
