The staff is not normal, happy ,smiling , I really asked the stuff of they getting paid to laugh!! Already when we came in to the hotel , the reception guy his name is kliti make our stay already, he was joking with us , gave us a key for 3 rooms to choose , where you see this things ? Never in hotel I get to choose the room !! He asked if we smoking , we said yes and he say oke I will give you room with balcony!! I was in shock really , I travel alot never in my life I got treated like this , even if you asking for balcony, straight they say is more money . We come to the room , the room is beautiful, clean and unbelievable the curtain make compleet dark , is small thing but I am sure that all of you asked your self why the curtains are always so thin and let so much light getting into the room !! I sleep with complete dark , and I have sleep problems. Then we coming in the morning to the breakfast and as we coming in the women her name is Blerinda With a big smile all the time but all the time like she won the lotto , so sweet but so sweet that in the end I gave her a hug and told her that she so beautiful and is amazing she all the time have big smile on her face !! Apart then, this is the location !! Location !! I don't think I could be closer to this to the center !! Really , the hotel is in the center next to the park next to the market next to all the good things you want to see . Thank you very much for making our time so beautiful !! We will never forget it and for sure we will back !!

That we left

The location is right in the heart of Tirana close to all the main attractions but still manages to feel quiet as it is on a small side street. The staff where bilingual and spoke good English, they're very helpful, cheerful and a wealth of knowledge on Tirana. The room had a coffee maker with is a great touch to be able to have a proper coffee. The room also had a mini bar, safe, air conditioning and a iron. The number of outlets was adequate for a couple to charge their devices. The breakfast had a great selection of options to cater for most dietary needs but the best part for me was the selection of cakes and sweet pastries.

The hotel has a good location close to the main attractions of Tirana. The staff are nice, the room is clean and the breakfast is correct..

If you come on foot, it’s a little bit complicated to find the hotel the first time. I forgot my charger in the room but unfortunately it was no longer there when I came back to get it.

The hotel is centrally located, room are big and bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, fresh juice and a variety of food for different types of breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

Everything was good

The staff went over and above to make our stay a pleasant one. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were traveling with our toddler - and the room was already set up with a nice cot ready for him. We also appreciated that there was parking, even though the hotel was centrally located. Excellent experience!

The main entrance is a little hard to find as it’s on a back street, but the property itself is lovely. The restaurant was under reconstruction so there was no dinner service, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Everything was really great. The staff was polite, the room cleaning service was amazing. Location is perfect and the hotel room is pretty big. Lot of things to watch on TV and in walking distance of pretty much everything.

The wifi in our room was very bad which was unfortunate. There could also be a little more variation with breakfast since they offer very little options. There was some noise from other guests (with kids) which we could hear. A bit more sound proofing would be nice.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the city. The room is spacious and equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. We had a small balcony that fit one chair facing forward. The bed was comfy and the toilets were clean and well equipped.

There were no conditioner in the toilet, which was a let down. The jacuzzi also didn't work, I asked the reception about but the next day it was still not functioning.

The best thing about Lot Boutique Hotel is its location. Just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Tirana makes it a great location strategically. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, currency exchange offices, and convenience stores around the location which makes it easier to get food, local currency, and other essentials. Its location makes walking to various beautiful landmarks that dot Tirana, hassle-free. The room was quite beautiful and decently sized. The facilities and amenities were great. The service staff was pretty quick, efficient and top notch in their service. Even the complimentary breakfast and the spread was brilliant and delicious. They take card payments which was a huge relief. The check-in and check-out were also seamless and simple. Would definitely recommend!

The only problem is its entrance from a small lane which may be challenging if you have a car. But that is permanent and cannot be changed, so I understand. Everything else is great!

The location was spot on, and the receptionist very helpful with every request/question. The breakfast was nice.

The property is not a 5 star hotel. At its best I would rate it 3.5 given the standard of the room and place. The rooms and especially the bathroom was worn out, with molded and leaking shower. The toilet seat was not attached properly making it impossible to use comfortably. Our room should have a balcony, which was not a balcony but a cute niche with balcony door, and no possibility to actually sit outside.

Clean. Had a comfortable bed. The air-conditioning worked. There was a slightly thinker bed sheet as the air-conditioning worked very well. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The staff were friendly. The black out curtains worked and we were able to sleep even when the sun came out. The wifi worked well. Close to everything we wanted to see or a bus service.

You could only charge phones when you were in the room. Was a little further from the air port then we though but wasn't an issues. The hotel offer a airport service and there is also a bus nearby for 4 euros
