Location excellent although the taxi driver from the airport couldn’t find it. I got out at the square and walked asking along the way.

Noise from building site just outside the room. A bit difficult to find by car - the Satnav said to enter Rruga Myrtezim Këlliči from Rruga George W. Bush (!), but this was a one-way street in the other direction (temporarily due to construction work?). The correct way in is from Rruga Luigj Gurakuqi, but this is a very narrow entrance under an arch, and easy to miss. We had arranged with Reception to extend our stay, but this was not correctly recorded.

It was clean room and it was perfect temperature in the room. Very comfortable. The personality is service minded.

Amazing breakfast (big variety, local products, great presentation). Big and spacious room. Modern hotel, well located. Parking available. Lift for the upper floors. Very nice staff. Easy to communicate with before the stay. My daughter (4 years old) had a health issue and we needed to see a paediatrician and the ladies at the reception and at the restaurant went out of their way to help us. Recommended us an hospital and called there to book an appointment. This hotel was a great choice!

They had to cancel our booking, because of an incident, but we got another room at the Hotel Crown Plaza. We really appreciated it and had a good time there. I think that the other hotel had better services and was, at the end, not upset to spend the day there. The parking place was ok and it was nice that they offered coffee when we arrived. The guy from the parking place was very nice and helped us with our luggage.

We did not get any notification per email about the situation and the communication with the receptionist was not the best. At the end, it was ok because we had a good room at Crown plaza, but the starting point of the conversation was not great.

I have to say that the hotel exceeded my initial expectations. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the center of the city, just next to Toptani Mall and 3 minutes from Skenderbeg Square, but also walking distance (10-15minutes) to the other main attractions in Tirana (Blloku, Tirana Park, etc.). The hotel has its own parking with enough spaces for all the guests,, which is crucial since parking is impossible in the center of Tirana. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, with a variety of different delicious foods to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The accommodation is an excellent value for money and I would recommend it for people who are looking to stay in Tirana.

The hotel is a bit difficult to be found, since it is located in a small alley. Maybe some instructions for guests could be helpful. The wardrobe in the room was a bit small, so there is not enough room to store all your clothes. Other than that, nothing else to report or complain.

Firstly, when I arrived at the hotel from the airport, I was greeted by a charming and knowledgeable young lady, Ritvana. She was very helpful and had answers to all my questions and gave great recommendations of what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much variety. The fresh squeezed juice and cappuccinos were delicious. The room was so beautiful and comfortable with a big beautiful balcony, that I tried to add an extra day to my reservation! Unfortunately, it was completely booked and I can see why. I ended up cutting my trip short to Vlore by a day just so I could go stay at the Lot Boutique Hotel for another day! Really, it was so nice I didn't even want to leave to go venture out much. I love that feeling when I'm on vacation because the room was very homey. I highly recommend this hotel and I know I will return! Thank you, Ritvana and Management Team!

Nothing, actually with the hotel. I am returning a day earlier from Vlore to go stay in the Lot Boutique Hotel!

first of all I would like to thank all the staff, which is working there. especially, Cinderella (that’s how I remember it, and how much she helped us), but thee real name was Siderela (I am sorry I’d I spell it wrong). so we were happy to be there. and definitely highly recommend this hotel

It's location to downtown and the mall, breakfast, staff, cleanness and room designs. Our room was upgraded by the hotel management. Thanks for thier generousity and kindness.

The mattress can be of a better quality in the future. The door's security system is faulty. When we had closed the door, we found out that anyone can open it without having the card. So, we spoke to the receptionist to fix the issue and they did collaborate with us immediately. I believe that this issue shouldn't have a room for mistake since this is very critical for every customer.

They told us we got "upgraded" only to find ourselves with 2 separate beds and a baby crib: we're a couple without any baby... The windows wouldn't close well so the sound isolation from the nearby construction site wasn't effective. The tv in the room is small and not smart Breakfast has much more sweet options than salty ones
