We enjoyed the pool, it was great to cool off in the hot weather. The buffet breakfast was great with tasty omelets. The rooms were very clean and quiet even though there was some construction next door, we didn't hear anything

This is not a criticism of the hotel but of building quality in general in Albania, The artistic design and architecture in Albania is very impressive but the quality of finishing in buildings such as painting, and plasterwork is disappointing. As an example, is the concrete paving around the pool is starting to breakdown, It should last 20-30 years bit is breaking up after 5 years, Only a minor point

Very welcoming at reception from when you first entry the hotel. I am here on a vacation with my family and we arrived 2 hours before check-in, the concierge could see we just wanted to go to the room and then kids the pool so they were accommodating and checked us in immediately, with an upgrade to junior suite. Pool outside is so nice and we enjoyed this everyday in-between activities. They have sauna which I did not really use as outside was a sauna. The inside pool was nice and gym well equipped.

On my last day having breakfast my kids just wanted to go to the pool and didn’t really want to have breakfast. I dislike wasting food so I wanted to take away some of the food as they would simply throw it away. I got accused of taking 10 croissant. Also what I thought was rude was being told don’t put it on your plate if your not going to eat it. I am paying for the food and as an adult no food was left on my plate. In fact I ate some of what my children couldn’t eat but I am not a human waste bin to eat all that they couldn’t eat. Nearly all the guest that I saw during my stay left food on their plates but no one was told don’t put food on your plate if you can’t eat it

Most comfortable bed in Albania. And huge. Great outdoor pool. Location ideal close to everything. Just get bus from main station and drops you 100 metres away. Cleaning staff so friendly and nice. Engaged in conversation and genuinely looked like they enjoyed being there.Front desk so helpful.

Bar staff. Seem disinterested in being there. One very nice young man was the exception.We actually told him he was best waiter there.

Hotel staff incredibly friendly and hotel was a good standard. Location wise was pretty good just a,few minutes walk to main food and bar area, close to stadium if you happen to need there. Excellent food in hotel restaurant and good breakfast in breakfast room. Rooms a good size, modern decor.

Although there was little noise there is a building site either side of hotel, I think booking .com should of warned us. Lots of building going on in general in Tirana. Shower water more tepid than hot but ok

Hotel in center tirana next to albania stadium and walking to all cafes and malls .. hotel is fair and good value coffee money but needs renovation and upgrade to be modern

Rooms design nit good and tv you cant watch from bed or from sofa although room size huge but space are wasted Electric plugs under table and behind sofa ! Why ?? You cant use them unless you move the heavy table and office

Great location with everything a short walk away. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the comfort of the room and the buffet breakfast was very nice.

Not much of a view due to renovation scaffolding but it was just one of those things. View will be better when it’s finished. In this modern day when everything needs charged a couple of extra sockets would be good. Reception on tv channels wasn’t good for the type of programmes we wanted to watch.

Bed: very comfortable, we slept like babies. Breakfast: many options, all very tasty. The room was very clean and spatious, with a comfortable bathroom. Great and central location.

In the Two person-room was coffee for only one person (one portion of coffee and one cup and saucer). Besides that we mentioned on beforehand that we celebrated a jubilee of our marriage. The hotel did not do anything as an extra treat to make that special (for instance flowers or a welcome drink on the room). Not that they had to, but it would have been nice.

Lovely staff. Friendly and always smile. Rooms are cleaned every day,new bedding,new towels,new toiletries if needed.

Wasn't happy with restaurant meal,but it maybe make happy someone else. My taste of food is just different. Parking isn't finished yet. Left car in a hotel's parking and all way back must carry on your all languages as there's no any stairs or lifts to straight to the hotel . Hope soon it's will be finished

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, though the breakfast room was a bit crowded and old în terms of furniture. No issues with noise, which is good considering there is construction work nearby. The smell of flowers was wonderful around the hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated. No bathrobe în the room to use if you want to use the pool.
