Perfect location in trendy neighborhood. Super friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. It's a perfectly fine hotel. The furniture may not be to my liking but it's a different country with different tastes and that's fine. Large bathroom. Huge bed. And we had a living room which is great to spread out for Zoom calls etc. Taxi from the airport was no problem- they are controlled, there is a taxi line and a set fee to downtown Tirana (20euro) No rip offs here. The hotel can arrange a pickup but we didn't take advantage of that.

The location is The ultimate. If you want to experience a real Original Tirana Hotel and vibe than this is it. The hotel oozes personality which is not valid for newer mass-chain hotels. The staff are super sweet, I felt safe at all times and looked after. The rooms are large and have large balconies with open views. I couldn’t fault it on any level and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to fellow travellers. It’s honestly very underrated. I loved my stay and will hold this place with the fondest of memories and can’t wait to stay here again.

Hot water in showers could be improved but not a big deal.

Everything about this hotel was perfect and it really felt like home. As a solo traveller, I highly recommend this place. The staff quickly felt like friends, even the cleaning staff who I could barely communicate with were so kind, fun, and nice to be around. I even had to go to the hospital at one point and the very wonderful lady at the reception helped me in every way she could, even giving me her personal number. The room was large, comfortable, with a great big desk. It's a busy area of town but still not too loud. The room had good sound insulation. From the breakfast to the gym, to the cafe on the main floor, this hotel just rocked. Thanks to everyone there. I'll miss you.

This hotel tops the charts in every way. Their reception area is lovely, with a cafe in it. The receptionists I met were so nice, helpful and warm. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and the staff working the breakfast became like friends to me. I stayed for quite a long time; extending my stay twice. The room was totally perfect. Little things that you don't notice because they're so good like: the mini fridge made no noise, the climate control in the room was excellent and also silent, the amount of storage space is just right, the HUGE desk is so wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. And if you're looking for a long-stay, this is it. It will feel like home. Oh and you can walk almost anywhere in the city. It's just perfect.

First, the location of the hotel is exactly in the city center and nearby everything. restaurants, bars and cafes, clubs, and supermarkets. I’d even say it’s the best area in Tirana if you’re looking for fun vacation. Second, the hotel cozy, we felt like we’re home, the room is well furnished and designed and super clean with a good street view. Third, the staff of the hotel is well picked, we planned to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying for 4 more nights, the receptionist Stiljana is super friendly, helpful, professional and has an answer to every inquiry, she even gave us the location to the best attractions in Albania. also Alket in the reception is a very helpful and professional young man. add to that, one of the room service ladies (Liljana) went the extra mile when my wife asked her to clean the room as we were heading out (she doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Albanian) we were amazed when we came back. the room was super clean, our belongings were organized even better that we usually do. seriously great value for money and definitely going back there whenever we get to Tirana.

They don’t serve cappuccino in the breakfast (which is super important for us in the morning) and that the pool was out of service. otherwise the place is really good.

Excellent location in the centre of Blloku, restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed and good sized double bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. Wide range of cereals, fruit, cheeses, cooked eggs, cakes, croissant etc. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The spa was not working and this was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. The hotel should make it 100% clear that the Spa (which after all is in the name of the hotel), is not actually functioning

Grand hotel was a fantastic hotel near the center of the city in a very beautiful and famous street. The breakfast was very delicious... The coffee on the lobby bar was perfect. Housekeeping was wonderful and the room was quickly and thoroughly cleaned each day and I noticed the care and attention to detail that they made. I made a mistake and forget to leave a tip for the them in the room. I will make up for it next time. The staff were the real highlight of this property, from the Wonderful beautiful ladies at reception who were so helpful... The waiting staff who were attentive cheerful and efficient. To sum up Grand hotel is the best hotel in Tirana. Will definitely go back again!!!

The beds are high off the ground and very comfortable. The hotel offers a laundry service (right next door) which is very convenient Very friendly staff. Very convenient location in the heart of Blokku and many shops and restaurants nearby. The mini bar is well stocked It would be good to have a kettle for tea/coffee making, but there is a cafe on the ground floor.

all my concerns from last time have been solved. Everything was now ok. The smell of cigarette smoke has been addressed. The breakfast has also increased with more hot items look forward to spa opening later in the year

Very friendly staff, particularly the receptionists. We were made to feel very welcome, and they showed a genuine interest in us as individuals. Very clean hotel and a great selection for breakfast, particularly the fruit.

Bacon and sausage were cold in the morning. No swimming pool or spa services. More plug sockets in the room would be good and a kettle with tea coffee making facilities.

As we stayed in Tirana for a short vacation, the hotel was in a very good location. Prices are very reasonable, lobby, taxi, etc. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean, we chose slightly larger rooms, so there was enough space. The bed was super comfortable. It was a nice vacation.

The staff is very kind and helpful, but sometimes some services take more time than expected, the water pressure and temperature of the shower was a bit variable
