We enjoyed everything about our stay, facilities, food, beach, entertainment. But especially appreciated the helpful and pleasant staff. Must mention Marylyn, Shamarah, Kenisha, Deva, Patrice, Julian and Devante. They were truly kind and thoughtful.

Really cannot think of anything because what we experienced was beyond all our expectations. We certainly enjoyed our stay tremendously.

I like everything about this Hotel as a matter of fact i will recommend to my friends going to Antigua.

The floor was sandy and I was told I would need to pay for it to be swept. The decor was old. The shower door leaked a little.

Modern decor and accessories more up to current date.

Great beach, beautiful mountains and trees at both ends of beach, beach chairs, pools, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet (despite limited but enough number of choices), free drinks throughout resort, not crowded on beach. Great value for the great location!

sink faucets are old, not enough fresh fruits (but can be purchased in a supermarket nearby 5-7 minutes walking)

close to the beach, car rentals and shops/restaurants. cocktails were pretty good and the staff were friendly and really helpful.

water temperature in the shower was awful. the food at the pizza place was below average and they should consider supplying guests with in room water for arrival, at least.

Great price for all inclusive in Antigua. Recently re opened and they’re doing great. Beach and views are amazing. Would definitely recommend

For the money, I thought the resort was excellent. Although the rooms seem basic the beds were comfortable and there was always fresh linen and toiletries when asked for. There was always plenty of food at all times as there was drinks. The location is beautiful and made up for any shortcomings in the hotel especially as it has only re opened after a couple of years closure. It was a very friendly resort where guests were able to relax and I dont think I heard any people complaining which is a good sign. If you don't set your standards too high this is a perfect place to spend a holiday in antigua. I will certainly go again. The choices of food were good. The bookable restaurant was excellent. The buffet was always good and plentiful. You won't go hungry!

For what it is as there is nothing I didn't like. One thing that would be nice would be the possibility of paying extra and having a "top shelf" branded open bar where you were offered premium branded alcohol as opposed to local beer, wine and spirits. But just a suggestion and would not stop me going back

The property is on a stunning location the beach and sea is incredible! The hotel is is a lovely typical carribean vibe hotel! Pictures match the rooms perfectly! We have just returned and already wanting to go back! Pictures don’t really do it justice

A lot of negative comments about rooms being dated and staff slow and long waits for drinks. Well we had none of this, if your looking for a 5 star Prestige hotel with fancy Rooms it’s not for you… but if u want a paradise beach and location with a nice comfy bed and air con In your room then this is for you :)

The staff were all really friendly and very helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The food was very good with an excellent selection at breakfast every morning. The A La Carte menu at the Pizza Factory was very tasty and well presented and the buffet evenings gave variety too. All of the food was very good. The resort was quiet because of the time of year i.e. off peak in June but we enjoyed that as we didn't have to queue for breakfast or drinks. We often had the swimming pool to ourselves and the beach was not crowded at all. The Jolly Bay Beach is absolutely gorgeous with 2 miles of white sand and very calm and clean sea.

It would have been good to have equipment to sweep our bathroom floor with as the room is only cleaned once a week unless you pay for it to be done whilst you are there.

I travelled with my grown up daughter and my 81 year old mother and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They went over and above to accommodate our needs. There was a wide variety of food and the quality was good. The poolside bbq was particularly good and the setting was breathtaking. The beach, pool, gardens, restaurants and rooms were extremely clean. I thought this hotel was extremely good value for money and would definitely return.

The hotel has only been opened since December and there were a few minor maintenance issues, one of our rooms had a faulty air conditioning unit which unfortunately could not be repaired but the staff provided a replacement room at short notice and staff tried their best to resolved our problem promptly.
