Really comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent.

There is a problem with the sunbeds owned by the hotel….some were being sold off to non residents on the beach everyday. Consequently there were some undesirable occupants who were particularly noisy and disruptive to hotel guests. The security needs to improve.

The location! Location location location. Beautifully situated in Dickinson’s Bay. Just stunning. It was always clean. Lots of staff to attend to your needs etc. nice to be at a smaller beach club if you you’re after a change to a huge all inclusive. They tried hard on evening music/entertainment even in the off season.

Customer service is hit or miss. Some staff were genuinely great. Others not so much. Food at both restaurants kind of average. Some of it was really decent. Some just basic. Quite pricey considering. No activities for kids really - although mostly the beach was enough - also the pool was shut a few times. Not close to many other restaurants or supermarkets etc. there is a tiny mini mart on site but very limited and expensive. So tricky if you don’t have a car and want to do self catering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siboney. While it is not an all-inclusive restaurant, this is very clear upon booking so you are aware. The grounds are beautiful and exceptionally with lots of shaded areas which makes being out in the sun very comfortable. The rooms are very well maintained and comfortable with housekeeping visiting every day. Siboney has everything you need from beachfront, pool, beach bar, restaurant, and even a gym. The food in the restaurant is delicious with a great variety. There is live music throughout the week (not every night) which creates a great vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Siboney and hope to be back some day

Location was great, dining options within walking distance if you are used to walking a bit, and a restaurant and bar on site. What I can't stress enough is the friendliness of the staff. They were all wonderful.

without a rental car, it can be tough to get around, and it's expensive to take taxis. Outside of the hotel, you WILL need cash, so make sure you bring enough. The room doors unfortunately slam shut anytime anyone leaves their room, so if you're a light sleeper and have neighbors that come and go early and late, you may be woken up.

Location, on the beach, comfort of the room, very clean and spacious, good distance to good eats and grocery. Had a early morning flight and reached in before lunch time and the room was ready and given to us at no extra charge which was definitely needed, front desk was very accommodating.

Upon check out there was a charge of over $100usd to my room which I did not consume anything from the bar or restaurant area. The front desk agent said she could not check back the system to see if we actually used any service and stated to write on the receipt that I didn't consume anything and sign. The swimming pool was very dirty (could not use the pool)

Beach in front of the resort was amazing, Lots of of beach bed and umbrellas. for free. Restaurants location are amazing, Food is great. a bit pricey and a little slow , but overall very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of parking space and free of charge. I would defiantly recomend to all my friends.

Foods and Drinks a re a bit pricier than other places. Food service is slow and I noticed that all other places in this Island are more laid back and slow in food service.

I love this hotel. The staff was amazing. The beach guy Lozenzo gave us a beach chair early in the morning before the time specified. He took care of my young family. Hannah made us the best rum punch and was attentive to us. Jesse was always calling my daughter and making us feel super special. I loved this place. We had a swimming pool right at our back door step and 30seconds away out the front door we had the most beautiful beach which was part of the hotel.

The showers had no power and minimal water, literally just dripping/spitting. It was awful!.

Food is fine for this sort of hotel in the Caribbean. Hot water in the shower is iffy, but so it can be in many posher resorts I have stayed at in Antigua. At present I have work in Antigua and am a regular visitor (4 times in the last 4 months) Having stayed at several supposedly posher and much more expensive resorts this is now my favourite, in that the rooms are clean, bright and properly maintained, the amenities are good, the staff super - all in all a great package at a sensible price for Antigua.

Iffy hot water in the shower. This may only apply to the last room I stayed in. But warm enough was good enough

The room had a view of the swimming pool and a partial view of the see (3rd floor) from our balcony. It was spotlessly clean and spacious, with housekeeping daily. Wifi was ok but not sufficient for streaming. However the location on this wonderful beach and the staff were exceptional, making it hard to leave in the end! Fab sunsets too, we loved it, recommended!

The entrance to the property and welcome/orientation was a bit underwhelming but once we were settled all was fine. Their restaurants were good but there are little other options for eating out unless you want food from a food hut 100yds away or have a car. However, this was a small compromise given the location on this wonderful beach.

Ground floor Garden suite room was fantastic. Direct access to charming and secluded garden with hammock & small pool. At night there was a gas fire pit creating a superb, relax no atmosphere. Room was spacious, with high quality bed & furnishings. Full room width patio doors opened on to garden, including full room width mosquito net in patio door opening (but there were no mosquitos). At end of Dickinson Bay beach, an extensive Sandy beach with great swimming & beautiful sunsets

Hotel’s Private beach was small, but you can easily access the rest of Dickinson Bay beach
