It’s a bit far from the center but if you have a car it’s fine. The bed is good and it was quite clean. Heaten floor was nice.

Leak in the shower kept getting the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast was ok but the second day there was no ham or cheese for breakfast as apparently no one got it the day before. There could be a kettle in the room and at least two cups for tea and coffee, after all there is a table and two chairs in the room.

Great spot to stay at if you're booking the tours to the glaciers and ranches with a transfer included. The accomodation is east of the city center, and it's pretty much the last stop before going to the touristic stops. This means the tours will pick you up last and you'll have more time to sleep.

Breakfast does not cater variety to gluten intolerants / celiacs. You'll have to take USD 4 taxis to the city center if you haven't rented a car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a good size and decent bathroom. The breakfast was nice as well.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by a few key issues that significantly impacted my overall experience. The most crucial element, a good night's sleep, was difficult to achieve. The beds were excessively soft, which I personally found uncomfortable. Furthermore, the noise from other guests, particularly during the first night, was quite disruptive and made it hard to relax. Beyond the sleep issues, the breakfast offerings were underwhelming. The selection felt incredibly basic, with a single slice of ham and cheese provided. While bread, cereal, and fruit were available, some of the fruit was noticeably spoiled. This lack of attention to detail at breakfast didn't exactly start the day off right. Finally, the hotel's location is somewhat inconvenient, being a considerable distance from the city center. Overall, while I appreciate the basic amenities provided, the poor sleep quality, uninspired breakfast, and inconvenient location left me feeling disappointed.

The location was good for visiting Perito Moreno, the bed was comfortable, there was hot water.

Location was quite far away from the centre of town. There was no private or communal fridge, breakfast was passable, staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Not good for those with mobility issues as there are stairs to the front entrance and must use stairs to access breakfast.
