I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors that reflect both elegance and charm. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of luxury and coziness. Whether I was relaxing in my room or enjoying the common areas, I felt completely at ease. The ambiance is both inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hotel is lovely, with an incredible view! The rooms are spacious, rustic, and immaculately clean. A great location- just a few minutes from the town but nice and quiet. The most important thing, however, is the staff. They went out of their way to make our experience great. We travel all of the time, often staying at very luxurious places, but never have we experienced a staff so thoughtful, kind, and attentive.

The reception were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was good, especially the hot rolls offered with a welcoming smile. Such a delight. The location was convenient if you have a car, not far from town but not walking distance, which makes it quieter except for barking dogs. Great water pressure.

A fascinating hotel with an amazing Argentinian lake view. We had the suite with jacuzzi en suite. Room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast enjoying the beautiful living room. Staff was always available to support us with taxi, food for the excursion and everything!

The staff was outstanding. Friendly, courteous, and good at their jobs. It felt like we had personalized service. Ezekiel was able to do everything we needed or asked and even anticipated thungs we might want ir need. He was incredible! The breakfast was healthy and good. The fruit juices were freshly squeezed.

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff! Our room was big and comfortable and had the amazing view over the lake, which you can also enjoy from the reception and breakfast area. Breakfast is a good selection of pastries, cereals and eggs - simple but what we needed. The hotel is slightly out of town but the 5 mins taxi ride cost less than 2000 pesos (c.£2) and the hotel and restaurants called the taxis for us so all very easy.

Nothing really we enjoyed our stay

I liked most everything. The views of the lake form the rooms were amazing. The breakfast is good (but no scrambled eggs...). The bed, pillows, etc were very confortable.

There is no much control of the room temperature. We had to open a bit the windows since it was really cold outside, it made the room comfortable to sleep. The street entrance is a bit "hidden"... Google Maps has a street that doesn't exist mapped, which also didn't help to arrive there at the first time... But after you arrive to such a nice place, the path to it doesn't matter much.

We did not stay in the hotel room but in the chalet. It was perfect for the family! It has two small rooms, small kitchen and living room. The place was older, but very well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable, and place was daily cleaned. The hotel provided every morning continental breakfast, with plenty of food choices. Our room had balcony with nice view over the lake. It was beautiful stay!

As a person with gluten free diet, I did not find many choices in the breakfast option, but there were eggs daily made.

I don't remember, so I guess nothing. Oh. Maybe breakfast could be a little more rich. But the lady at the kitchen was so sweet.

Excellent customer service. A hot tub that is in a glass enclosure overlooking the water is awesome. The epic wall of super tall windows overlooking the water and mountains is great too.

If I’m picky the hot tub should have been hotter!! A bit far to town so a long walk or taxis needed.
