The hotel was incredibly clean, bed was super comfy, room was large and nice view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Located just on the edge of town which was ideal with easy access to the lake front.

Minor note that there is little sound proofing in those types of building. Not much that can be helped and generally guests were respectful but you can hear people coming and going a bit.

The room were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, perfect for after a long day of walking. The location of the hotel was very good because is on the main street. Also, they have a good breakfast.

Could have more sockets or in more convenient places, they were either height near the ceiling or covered with furniture. They could also add a wider food selection in the breakfast menu (more sweets, fruits)

The place it’s very cozy, clean , the view is great when we were in the beginning of spring and some snow falling down. Staff were very nice and there was an issue with one of the room and they relocated my friend. They were giving there best. Food maybe is not the best, basic, but that was expected

The view!!! From lobby and restaurant is fantastic. It is and you pay for a 3star hotel, but it is much better than that! The breakfast is Argentine, but all dinners were excellent! And vert reasonably priced!

Well, the gym ... I explained what was wrong with it and the answer was - well, expected - there maintenance people are based in Buenos Aires. But you are not going to Patagonia to spend your time in the gym, right?

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The wifi was good as were the facilities. The room spacious and clean. We had a few meals in the restaurant other than breakfast and they were very good. The hotel is located within walking distance of the town cafes and restaurants but is in a very quiet location. There were plenty of options for breakfast although I would have liked a few more sugar free options.

Breakfast selection could have been better for my tastes although most people were happy. I would have appreciated some plain muesli or similar but appreciate that may be difficult to get in this location.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. and some variations could be good. In this day an age where people travel with so many electronic devices there should be more accessible plugs in the room.

This was a great property for an El Calafate stay. It’s on the main strip but down towards the end. That made it convenient but also more quiet. Rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were also spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great value for a great location.

The location, the view

We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant at the first night, and we almost could not make it because they said we had to make a reservation. Nobody told us that before, and they had lots of tables available. That was a little embarrassing

Very bad sound isolation. You can hear all the neighbours very well… in the morning hard to sleep, because people geta up at 6, so you hear every talk…brea

Bed was super comfortable, it was very clean, and you could open a window for fresh air and staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had a kettle for boiling water but no tea or coffee in the room. Lots of stairs for people who have big luggage.
