This accommodation is in a perfect location for those travelling through Armidale or visiting. The room is comfortable with heating which was perfect as it was cold when we visited. The room size was adequate for staying one night and the bathroom facilities were good. It was also really handy being able to park in front of our room in the carpark. The owner/receptionist recommended going to the 'White Bull' for dinner which was in walking distance and we loved the food there.

We can't fault anything during our stay. We really enjoyed staying here.

the place was very quiet ideal for students studying. hotel walking distance to the main shopping centre, service station across the road, eateries next door and mc donalds and kentucky fried around the corner. I would stay there again.

the only downfall I found No microwave oven in the room. everything else was great.

Spacious room, comfortable settee, good sized bathroom, spotless,excellent shower, 4 mirrors. Face to face check in, lovely staff. Excellent value, good parking for large vehicle, pretty garden. While an older motel, everything well cared for.

Lighting a little dim, but no real problem.

The location is perfect! Right in the middle of town. Staff were so friendly and the parking was right outside the room.

The shower was a bit dirty (a dead bug was happily sitting on the tiles the first night but it was easy to wash down the drain) and the door was sometimes a bit tricky to jiggle open as the key got stuck.

The room was warm. It had all you needed for an overnight stay. It was close to town.

The hot water took a long time to come through, and then it was hard to adjust. It was boiling hot or cold. It looked tired and needs some TLC. There were cobwebs above the TV.

We stayed for two nights and I did not expect housekeeping to refresh our rooms but they did and it was fantastic. The hotel was walking distance from the town centre and the sporting complex that we were attending. A range of takeaway food options close to the hotel.

The heating system was very old and we had to keep the bathroom door shut to warm the room - but the bathroom was freezing! It was a -4 morning when we stayed so it was very cold in the bathroom in the morning

Good value accommodation in a convenient location, food and fuel close by. Perfect for an overnight stop on our trip from Toowoomba to Jervis Bay.

Room was a little cramped with 4 people and beds were a bit firm.

Good location, close to centre of town. Room was clean and smelt pleasant. Ceiling fan was great. Very quiet location and couldn't hear the main road at all

Wifi wasn't unlimited (we couldn't even get it to work) and tv was outdated

Very quiet. We were in room #40, second from the back of the property. Excellent air conditioning. Very clean, furniture in good condition and parking right at the room. Good hot water. Owner/manager very helpful after 14 years at the property. Excellent Wi-Fi.
