Good location, clean & tidy. Quite comfortable.

The shower area is extremely small. My husband and I are short with small frame and barely had room to move. The shower head is almost as big as the area so you have to stand in cold water waiting for the hot to come through. The glass door doesn’t fit the best. I know I am being petty now but the toilet roll holder is on the wall behind your right side and is difficult to get to. It should be located on the left side wall slightly to the forward. We have stayed here many a time since before it was the Mantra. This was the first time we had a ground floor room and we never had any of these concerns on the upper level. When you pay $200 for a night you would expect a bit more perfection.

Clean and modern.

Costumer service very rude. I asked why do I have to give my rego number. The reply was "if I don’t want to fill in the form is no problem, I can find myself another motel " not in so many words. I had to ask 3 times for the young lady to even answer. Maybe you guys are working your stuff too much. Reason why I asked, was that I didn’t had a vehicle on the property. I know from other hotels over the world, that they need your registration number for parking purposes She made me feel like the most insignificant furniture. At least she tried. I don’t think I will ever like to go back there.

I had no idea when we booked that it was Bathurst show weekend so rooms were not easy to come by. Through some glitch or another the room I booked on Booking was not available and the staff at Mantra rang and organised a change and were in general incredibly helpful - the room was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and all in all, couldn't be happier. Nice to have netflix available too

Getting luggage up the stairs and in the fire safety door to the hallway the room was on took some doing which was kind of annoying I guess.

The spa was great. Food was really good. My husband loved the coffee machine in the foyer. Shower pressure was good. Undercover parking was a big bonus (we were on a motorbike). Staff were very helpful, as I called them to ask if they had ground floor rooms for my dad, who can't get up stairs very well, and they were very accommodating.

Not a big deal, but I found the pillows a little hard for me, but that's just personal preference. Also the tv remote control was quite slow, but maybe it just needed new batteries. Nothing major, still had a great stay.

We found The Mantra one of the most welcoming places we have stayed ,the girls on reception desk were so lovely and very helpful. We dined in the Restaurant where Paul looked after us and made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much effort ! The room was comfortable and clean ,the King bed was great and the room was a nice size. We definitely would go back there again .PS best shower ever !

The only thing we would change if we could would be the size of the fridge ,it was very little and as we were travelling we did have some cold items to keep cool .

The shower was incredible 😱 the room was nice, neat, clean and well equipped.

I didn't know the pool wasn't heated until after I booked the room. Probably should have just been closed... I did book it for the indoor pool thinking me and the kids could have a good swim to pass time. I probably honestly would have booked a cheaper room as I am a single mum and It was quite a lot to fork out but still a wonderful stay.

In terms of comfort, the room heater probably needs 'bleeding'. Breakfast set us up for the day - defiantly value-for-money. Room was a fair size, clean & tidy. The receptionist in the morning, and those looking after us at breakfast were very upbeat & cheerful.

The receptionist on arrival had an attitude; it appeared too much bother to assist us booking-in. I suggest a reminder on how to demonstrate some social skills would be advantageous.

The breakfast was ok. Staff were kind of rude and dismissive. Eg. We had a family of four. When we booked on bookings.com it included breakfast for all of the family, or so we were led to believe. Once there though, seated for breakfast we had to jump through hoops. Poor kids were told only 1 could eat a continental breakfast and the other had to pay. The mum and dad could eat a hot breakfast. Who in their right mind would pay on bookings.com expecting breakfast for the family when it would be only for 2 people? What kind of joke is this? And what kind of highway robbery to catch people when their pants are down and pilfer from their pockets for small change? How much will a kid eat? $2 worth of cornflakes? I’m a caterer and know what people eat and how much it’s worth. To leave a bitter taste in one’s mouth over $2 will cost one thousand times that in repeat business. Dumb business move on Accors behalf.

Lady taking orders for breakfast could do with some business etiquette. It seemed like anyone eating more than they were allowed was actually coming from her pocket.

The room looked exactly like the photos, so I was very happy. Had plenty of room to store our things and being able to stream to the tv from our phone was great after a long drive and just wanting to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even took an interest in what my finance' and I were up to while staying in the area.

Reception staff were fantastic and the meals at the restaurant were delicious. Great value for money. Room was clean, tidy and spacious with very comfortable beds. We would stay again.

Be mindful to check your invoice. We were over charged $100 to our room for dinner but the team was prompt in refunding me when I picked up on it.
