Friendly, very approachable, and knowledgeable staff/owners. Very clean and beautiful, spacious rooms.. I highly recommend staying there and Oberon is a beautiful place. Very happy!

The motel is well located, being a 5 min walk from the town centre but off the main road. We had a comfortable stay there and our room was very clean and recently refurbished, with a lovely large bathroom. The host was very friendly.

This is only a minor issue but it would have been great if a couple of bowls and plates were provided, along with forks and tablespoons, as this would come in handy for takeaways in the motel room. The hot water takes a little while to come on. The positioning of the TV is a bit awkward if you want to watch from the sofa.

Straight away I liked how friendly the staff were, and being disabled, it’s all on one level and parking was close , Dianne the manager, made sure I was in the correct room

Everything was good, it was expensive though, I travel a lot internationally, and Australia is expensive for accommodation, $219 for a motel room, is a little pricey, $160 is more appropriate, but anyone looking for accommodation in Oberon, you can’t go wrong with Highland Motor inn

The staff was lovely and they included the cot and some milk for tea with no extra fees. They gave great recommendations for local attractions and were super friendly. The beds were extremely comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. Very convenient location for walking into Oberon town centre.

There were only 2 chairs at our little table despite having 3 adults, but we made that work. Otherwise it was a great stay!

This was our third stayover for business reasons. In our opinion Highlands is the only place to stay when in Oberon. Everything in the establishment is immaculate from the beautiful gardens to the rooms. Looking forward to the time when my wife and I can visit again with more free time to explore this lovely area. My only question is why there can't be a Highlands Motor Inn in every town? Many Motel owners around this country could learn a few things from how well this establishment is both run and presented.

Was upgraded to King room. Everything very comfortable and fresh. Close to main street and caes. Great stay for visit to stunning Mayfield Garden 10k from Oberon.

Microwave and toaster provided ... no meals available on site.

it was what you would hope for, seemed clean, organised, water was hot, fridge was cold, air con worked and was an easy transaction

Look, small things, but the design of the shower screen meant that despite the shower door being closed, the floor got soaked. And secondly, I noticed quite a strong and cold draft around the front door, which a bit of weather stipping would have taken care of. (As I said, small things, the air con was more than enough to combat the draft and hey, bathrooms get wet : ) )

The size of the room. The cleanliness of the room. The location was good and easy to find. The staff were inviting. No unnecessary noise in the accommodation. It was close in vacinity to eating places.

Everything was good. I can't think of anything that needed improving. Thanks very much for a warm, welcoming, smiling face upon arrival and the guidance to get to Jenolan Caves. Appreciate it.

Friendly, very helpful staff. The property is clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked, nothing was broken unlike a lot of other places we’ve stayed previously. Quiet, ground floor acom. Our stay was all round a good experience. We will be back in the future

Spotlessly clean and very well appointed, this property is a pleasure to stay at. Everything worked and was in excellent order and we received a warm welcome from the hosts upon arrival. Situated one block and a level walk from the main street, this property is a testament to the owners/ managers attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Bed was very comfy with electric blankets, plus good air-conditioning. Highly recommended!
